The posted hours say that the Pharmacy closes from 1:30 to 2 for lunch, however they don’t adhere to this, they close early and come back late.

I had a minute clinic visit with NP Darcy, I was seen quickly and the visit was handled great care. Pharmacist and pharmacy techs were very kind at filling my order after my visit. I dont understand the racism some people choose to have but the pharmacy tech staff were very caring and I understood EVERYONE clearly AND english is my second language. The pharmacist and staff helped me manage my pain and gave me additional tips!

I went to get a prescription for one of my daughters and Ashton was absolutely awesome. He was super helpful and did his best to help us get the best price possible. He is a total customer service pro who is super nice and great at what he does!

Aidan is an exceptional employee! He helped me get 15 bags of ice and carry them on a hurry so I could get a better doordash tip. If I had cash on me..I would've tipped him for helping me so much!. -Thanks

Take any item in this store, it will cost at least $2 or more compared with other retailers. No price match policy. Sometimes I paid $6 more because of urgency. There should be max retail price mentioned in each item. Long way ahead.

Was gloriously surprised today going through the drive through to find a new team member who was the most pleasant person I have dealt with at this location. I believe her name was Erin who was working the window and her attentiveness to me was beyond reproach. In the past the other ladies who worked the drive through have not been helpful and seemed like we as the consumers were a burden to them. Please hold on to this one she has made my day with her smile.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was waiting in store for an RX called over from the minute clinic. After 30 minutes I was called to the counter to get the RX. It was amoxicillin so it had to be mixed...no problem. When the young tech, ZAIN, rang it up, insurance had not been filed. I asked to refile. He came back about 15 minutes later and said insurance was rejected but they didn't know why. He told me the pharmacist was going to call insurance but he had to help other customers first. I asked for an estimated time and told ZAIN I would wait on the pharmacist to call as we were leaving town the next morning and my daughter needed the meds. Another 20 minutes passed while I waited in store. The pharmacist (an Indian man) called me over to say that insurance was rejected and my daughter wasn't on file. I showed him my daughter's insurance card and asked him to call or transfer the RX because I had been at CVS by this point an hour and 40 minutes! He said, "I have the card on file, you have to call insurance." However he refused to help me any further. He would not print/transfer the RX or call insurance with me in front of him. Then he LIED to my face and said he had been on hold with insurance since I tried to check out the first time. I saw the pharmacist come out of the pharmacy and take two patients back for injections and then call another older gentleman over to help him with his RX. Then I saw the pharmacist pick up the phone and call insurance. I called him out on his lie and he denied it.Come to find out, the insurance he had on file was not correct but yet he dismissed me when I tried to give him my new card. Then he lied. I will be reporting this to corporate, but as a PSA I am posting it here so others will be aware of the rudeness and careless attitude of the CVS pharmacy at Post Road.
