I would go here anytime I’m sick. From the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor. They were all on a scale of 1 to 10 being the best they were all attend. The doctor and the nurse especially were amazing. I felt better two hours after leaving. I had to have a shot in my butt and the nurse was just so gentle and it was great. I would recommend this urgent care to to everyone. I really really was impressed and so thankful I went there because I felt so terribly sick and I am so much better already.

Have seen Emily numerous times, myself and my son, she always remembers us, and remembers small, personal details about us from previous conversations. She is always so kind and so professional. Myself being a nurse, and working with many doctors and advanced practice providers, I know that this isn't always easy to find in a provider these days. Never let her go!

Loved Advanced Urgent Care, thankful for the staff and Lindsey! I had to get stitches and they really eased my mind and made me comfortable, which I greatly appreciated having such a low pain tolerance. And the stitches didn’t even hurt! Great facility, will recommend!

I really appreciate their services in the urgent care sector, but they are very bad in handling their appointments, I booked an appointment at 10AM for my kid and I was asked to wait for 30 minutes as we do walk-ins, every time I saw a wait time 15+ minutes wait inside doctors office, they should understand keeping patients in wait could spread anything contagious in flu season . They should take patients in waiting areas only 10 minutes before their appointments and ask patients to wait in car , better to treat people who scheduled appointments first

Honestly the rudest office staff I have ever met. Don’t you dare ever question ANYTHING they say or do or your going to get and earful plus sarcastic rude responses. I understand everyone in the medical field is spread thin right now due to illness but their staff needs to be taught that the patients coming in would rather be any other place then sick at the doctors office. A little kindness and compassion goes a long way! Oh also avoid this office if allergic to dogs. I’ve been a patient multiple times when the staff has had multiple of their dogs inside the office walking around even doing as much as bringing them into patient rooms without asking.

I made an appointment on line it was very easy and fast and when I got there it wasn't long at all to go back to a room. The people at the front desk were very nice and friendly and the doctor that took care of me was great.Thanks,Kathy F.

Went there with abdominal pain and an upset stomach. They sent me to the hospital because they thought I had appendicitis. They hit the nail on the head. Just got out of surgery for appendicitis.
