I went to this gym for a competition they hosted, and I was so impressed with their community! Alex has outstanding leadership. He did an amazing job as a presenter, host and announcer. He was informative, accommodating, encouraging, cheerful, and ready to resolve any issue. The event was organized, fun, and ran ahead of schedule because it was operating so smoothly. The facility itself is marvelous and offers several fitness resources. The space is well designed and user friendly. I hope to go back for future comps. Thanks for hosting the Thanksgiving ? Throwdown!

I was hesitant to join yet another gym, especially in my 50’s, but decided to try CS&F and it has been an incredible experience! Three months in and I feel more confident and stronger than I have in 10 years. CS&F isn’t just another gym, it’s a community. So grateful for Coach Kate who meets me where I am and literally works beside me to become stronger and healthier. Thank you to all the coaches and community at CS&F!

Did a comp here and it was the most well ran and timed out comp. Staff was friendly and super helpful. Love the outside covered addition they have. If I lived Closer I would be a member. Highly recommend

I’ve been going to CS&F for a few months now, and I can confidently say it has been a game-changer for my fitness journey. The coaches are top-notch and there is an overall sense of community. Whether you’re a beginner or pro everyone is incredibly welcoming and supportive.

I have been a member for 2.5 years and can whole-heartedly say that because of the community of members and coaches there is never a bad day in these walls. A great drop-in friendly CrossFit gym.Was in town for a week during vacation and was able to choose from a ton of scheduling slots, especially early-morning when I like to train.Great atmosphere with coaches who will step in and offer constructive instruction.Very responsive staff via social media / email. They will get you helped out.

Ive been a member at CS&F for three years, and highly recommend them whether you are experienced in a gym or this is your first time. The orientation program builds a solid base before entering into the regular programming. Once attending regular programming you are encouraged to “scale” the daily programming to ensure a safe and positive experience. Coaching is top notch as well as the nutrition program now provided to those who need help making adjustments in their daily routine. The nutrition program is designed to be sustainable for a lifetime. In short, CS&F provides a common sense and sustainable approach to fitness. .

I love CS&F! I joined when I was 6 weeks postpartum. I wasn’t sure how to start exercising again after having a baby but they made the transition easy! They have awesome coaches and amazing childcare!

I discovered CS&F a few months ago, and am very happy I did! I have loved the workouts of course, but I have been more impressed with community at this gym and how welcoming everyone has been. I also love that they take the time to program for every age and fitness level. It is 100% the best “gym” experience I have ever been a part of. Also, my personal coach Jeff is top notch and helped me adapt to a new style of exercise. I highly recommend CS&F!

The installation is very nice with wonderful team of coaches. I’m 68 and this was my first experience with CrossFit in my life, which started just few months ago. I’m enjoying it very much.

I worked specifically with their Registered Dietitian, Chrissy Williams and my expectations were beyond exceeded. She was instrumental in me unpacking my food relationship from a long performance career where body composition was a focal point. She worked diligently to create a plan that suited me, pivoted when I needed to and was more than just a dietitian: she covered physical, emotional and mental needs as it pertained to my performance and food triggers. Cannot recommend the staff at CSF enough-its more than just a gym!!!!!
