Love this practice! Been with them for many years! Everyone is very helpful, listens carefully to your concerns and have shown great competence! I highly recommend them all but who I’m most familiar with and try first to schedule with is Montpelier.

Dr. Cook has been my doctor for 5+ years & she is great! Very caring, knowledgeable, thorough, kind. I trust her completely! Her medical assistant is wonderful also. On occasion, I have seen her PA Lisa. She is also on the ball, knowledgeable, and thorough. Much appreciative of their genuine care.

With my health being so bad I have seen many doctors over the years. This office has by far made my journey much better. I have always gotten speedy responses, treated with respect and smiles and feel like I’m an actual person not just a number. They are amazing and I will continue to recommend this practice.

All they care about is money! Wanted to charge me up front $230+ for a 15 min office visit for a medicine refill that takes 5 minutes. The receptionist was nice and called billing (last receptionist was the worst!!). Told them I was canceling my appointment because who can afford that for a medicine check every 3 months (even though the new guidelines are 6 months) and pay for the medicine? So after I canceling because I could not afford to do that, they sent me a bill for $25 because I was a no-show even though I was very clear when I was there that I had to cancel. So now I don’t get my medicine and they want me to pay. I called billing two days ago and have yet to receive a response as usual. They are the worst & 100% don’t care about their patients or doing the right thing! So sad!

Receptionist is always a pain to have to talk to. She’s disingenuous, has an attitude , and uses a condescending tone. It feels like she represents the company poorly. Regardless of how long shes worked there, she should treat each patient like shes representing the company and not herself. Not sure what thats about….

Very rude office staff. The doctor is nice and ok but the staff is very unorganized and rude. They will constantly call to reschedule your appointment at the last minute and dont care about the inconvenience.

Dr. Sanchez won me over on my first appointment! Very kind, while all business, she has a great 'bed side manner'! Everyone seemed nice. I didn't have to wait, either! She gave me info on medications that I'd never been told by any other doctor. She was quite thorough getting all my history and made me feel I had found a doctor I could rely upon! Happy to recommend her!!!

If you want a doctor that will thoroughly examine you and a caring office staff who won’t catch an attitude or make you seem like an inconvenience anytime you call than I’d suggest looking for a different office or practice.
