Worst place. Never ever go there. First of all they don’t understand English. You can say PRESS ONLY and they go and launder the suit. Shrank a $300 suit. No accountability. They just don’t care. Rip off charges and they ruin expensive clothing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Not even deserving 1 star. Zero star review from me

The lady told me she would call me with the price to fix a long dress that I bought for $24.99 dollars. When I came to talk about the price she said the dress was already fixed and I had to pay $32.00 dollars. I tried the dress on and it was still too long. She said if I wanted to get the dress fixed again I would have to pay her $42.00 dollars more" I said no and she said, " ok, I will fix it for $28.00 dollars". I said no again and left the store. Then she called me to my cellphone and told me she can fixit in a way that I can wear the dress with high heels for $20.00 dollars. What??? Is she crazy. I purchased a dress for $24.99 dollars, I payed $32.00 dollars to be able to wear it and then she ask me for more money? That is not the way you do business. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I never will be doing business with this place. BE CAREFUL you need to pay attention before start any job with the people to work in this place.Service: Alterations

I took a see-through lace cardigan here to have a small tear on the shoulder mended. I requested they hand-sew it since the fabric is delicate. When I got it back, they had ripped the seam open and machine stitched it, so now it's visibly uneven with a thick gap of fabric on the shoulder. Very disappointed as this was an expensive item of clothing and now there's no way to fix it.The first two pictures show the work they did. The third picture shows the seam on the other shoulder - how it should look.

Great prices, excellent service, attention to detail! Best dry cleaners I have had the pleasure of being a customer of. They keep the place nice and clean. Will be my cleaners for as long as I live in the area.
