“I thank this organization for its good heart, I only draw attention to the lady who is always calling the list of people, she does not keep the order, apparently she calls her acquaintances first, everything else is fine, a little wait but grateful for the opportunity to bring bread to my house”

“Please go and adopt one of these beautiful animals as I couldn't because I live in the UK and was just visiting. They clearly care for the cats really well and there are so many lovely cats that deserve a nice furrever home.”

“Lynn and the team at Dustin's Place have been a tremendous help to our daughter over the years, empowering her and building up her confidence. Their compassionate lessons helped her learn about and enjoy the horses, as well as teaching values like responsibility and compassion towards others. This is our daughter's favorite therapy and has been a fantastic addition to our weekly routine.”

“Not only is there a wide variety of goods amongst the depts but the quality of found items brings me back repeatedly. Many of which are new or in excellent condition. The store is organized and well laid out, very friendly with welcoming staff & volunteers. The prices are very fair & everything sold is from donation & goes to a wonderful cause & purpose.”

“I absolutely love the YMCA! It's not just a gym; it's a community hub where people of all ages and backgrounds come together to improve their health and well-being. The facilities are top-notch, with a wide range of equipment and classes to suit every fitness level. What sets the YMCA apart is its welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff who make you feel like part of the family. Whether you're hitting the weights, swimming laps, or joining a group fitness class, you'll always find support and encouragement here. Highly recommend!”

“This place is awesome, all clothes except new clothes are $3.50 and less. They constantly bring new things to the floor and have very good offers; every week is different. The people who work here are very nice and respectful, but they need more staff. The only bad thing is that recently the store has become very full of people who resell things and they just take everything without taking the time to look at it, lol.so, get there early if you want to find something nice for cheap. Also, the boys and men's clothing are not such a great selection.”

“By far the BEST THRIFT store I've found in this area. Staff is incredibly kind, helpful, friendly, and they are always restocking and bringing in new items. I always seem to find an item I was desperately in need of, along with priceless antiques, designer jeans, home decor, home.repairs. I love this store and even though it's a 30 min trip each way for me, I try to stop by at least 2-3x a month. So much cheaper than the goodwill. And fat better inventory, rare a antiques, and unique items you would never find at the goodwill.Plus they support and donate to a non profit and.assist.real people in need. I tell everyone to go check this store out, it's worth the trip. And they have beautiful furniture and amazing prices.”

“Unfortunate to see all the negative reviews especially on the donation side. I hope Goodwill improvement in wage to workers will come soon as much of their quality competition for workers in fast and casual food is in the $15 to $18 per hour range.

These bad donation experiences affect shoppers, as reduction in donations affects inventory available to buy in the store.

Inside store some really great people. Supervisor Philly is very hard worker and great with people. Also, many sales associates are customer service Stars with long term experience such as: Aleta, Roger, Bridget, Abril and Elizabeth, are all great with customers. Other relatively new employees are also rising stars like the previous group mentioned. One worker above, Bridget, is so fast out in the floor, she should be in Goodwill training video for new workers.

One big critique, Goodwill really needs to allow customers to check working condition and screen quality of their TV’s and monitors for sale, since all sales final and no returns. They have no coaxial cable present to get a station signal so one can see quality that way, and no test DVD setup to check screen quality using this option . And their prices on TV’s are not cheap, you are spending quite a bit for very old TV’s and old technology.”
