I came in to purchase a new control box for the well pump on a pretty good sized well (400ft).The gentlemen were courteous, knowledgeable and lightening fast with the service.They were so accommodating, in fact, that I went back 2 more times! Third time was a charm for me, as I was able to get what we needed to get the water flowing again (My fault of course, not theirs)Great experience!I'd would DEF recommend them to ANYONE

I would Challenge Stewart Teaver or Eric in Service to anything below NOT TRUE! NEW BUYERS BE WARE! I Purchased all my Kitchen Appliances from City Plumbing Spring of 2020, after 18 months, my refrigerator stopped cooling. After 3-4 trips from their service team, I was told I had to work through Whirlpool to resolve my problem and they would no longer make any more service calls. I ask for Stewart to return my calls and he communicated through Eric, he would not be calling me back. After 30-45 days with no working unit, Eric called me and was very RUDE and told me under no circumstances they would not be back out. I was professional and passionate through the entire process however, the last call Eric made to me was totally unprofessional and not how you treat customers. I had to call Whirlpool and work through them. As a small business owner myself, I stand behind my products do my very best to satisfy 100% of them. I have been without a working refrigerator since April and still working through Whirlpool to resolve my problem. NEVER EVER AGAIN would I use this company because all they want is the sale up front and forget about Customer Service after the sale.They are going to respond about the 1,000 happy customers they have but I will assure you that if you have you have issues after purchasing equipment, GOOD LUCK on getting resolution!

Came here to pick up a part after they did not have it at Home Depot. Hank was a great source of information and friendly. I was able to fix my problem without having to call a plumber. I bought the part at a reasonable price. The other staff was attentive and friendly. Thanks!

Despicable service...I walked into the showroom on a Thursday at 4:00 pm. Not one person spoke nor offered to help me. I thought maybe it was my attire. But then a woman wearing leggings and a ratty t-shirt walked in, and was greeted. Then I realized it was the skin color O was wearing. I wouldn't have my worst enemy shop in there.

If you need actual guidance on what products you’ll need for a bathroom renovation, save yourself the hassle and find another showroom. At the very least, try to work with someone other than Ashley.I called the day before my visit to ensure that there would be an employee who could look at a photo and help me select products. I am not a plumber and have limited knowledge on the workings of a multi-spray shower system. Ashley rushed our phone call and impatiently kept saying, “just come into the showroom… just come into the showroom.”Against my better judgement, I went to the City Plumbing showroom the following day and was met with the same rudeness as soon as I walked into the door. At least twice, I told Ashley that I did not know what I was looking for and that I needed help. Although she was not working with another customer (only one other customer was in the store and was working with another employee), she couldn’t be bothered to get up from her desk to help me, and every word out of her mouth was condescending.I eventually left and made an appointment with another showroom. It may take longer for me to get this project underway, but giving this company my business after this experience wasn’t even an option.

Do yourself a favor and don’t order from this company. Worked with Kelly. They delivered in the rain and after 4 months still do not have working units. Over 15k in appliances. As a small business owner myself I never leave reviews but I am so disappointed in this company and how they stand behind what they do.

I received a call 3 minutes before closing informing me the light I bought was ready to be picked up.After several minutes of discussions, Ashley agreed to stay over while I made the 10 minute drive to the store. She and another employee gave up at least 15 full minutes of family time so that I could come grab the light. He even loaded it for me. Customer service Gold Star for them both!

Kelly Faucet ( I know....L0L!!!)WAS WONDERFUL ( and VERY overworked!) in helping me begin the renovation of my 20 year home. She was knowledgable, understanding, familiar with all brands and trends.She multitasked beautifully while her male counterparts busied themselves with lunch, cell phone calls, WHATEVER!Kelly let another client listen in to our conversation which helped him.GIVE THIS VERY COMPETENT WOMAN A PROMOTION AND HUGE RAISE!!! SHE IS A CREDIT TO HER EMPLOYER AND GOES THE EXTRA MILE WITH ALL THE BALLS UP IN THE AIR!!!!

I bought a new water heater from here got it installed and it wouldn't heat I called because I was told that I got a 6 year warranty but got a run around so had to trouble shoot it myself and come to find out the top heating element wasn't any good.
