Mindy was super. She calm my nerves just with her calming voice. Was professional and very knowledgeable. Mindy knew what needed to be done to our house to get maximum amount for the house. . But most of all she worked for us in protecting our interest in both selling and buying of our houses.Mindy’s team was great MaryLou and Rebecca keep us inform of everything that was happening from an under contract to when settlement was happening.I would recommend Mindy Cintron to any one who ask and I can exactly say that I already did and they felt very comfortable with her.Thank you Mindy. Mindy made it happen! I was on the fence about buying a home, especially in this market. I attended a homebuyer workshop that Mindy put on last year. I walked in with a lot of trepidation and left with my fears allayed. Mindy then met with us personally to get a feel and sense for what we wanted in a home. When it came time to go and look at houses, she had such a good sense of what we wanted and needed that we put an offer in on the same day of the 5th house we saw! This process, which I’ve heard would be fraught with stress, was made so simple. I don’t even have the words to convey how grateful I am. Thank you Mindy and the entire Cintron team - you all are amazing!

I don’t even know where to begin my review of Mindy and her entire Cintron team. First, Mindy truly understood what we were looking for as we contemplated a move to Lake Lanier. We had previously looked around ourselves and were starting to believe our expectations were unrealistic and began to consider other options. Shortly thereafter, Mindy found a property and literally had to force my wife to go look at it knowing it checked all the boxes. Once we decided to move forward, Mindy walked us through both the purchase of our new home and the immediate sale of our existing property. Through both transactions, Mindy constantly impressed us with her knowledge, business acumen and calming demeanor. Buying and selling homes can be extremely stressful and I am so thankful that we had Mindy guiding us through the process. If you are in the market for a true real estate professional, you can do no better than Mindy and the Cintron team!!

Mindy helped me sell my house When I say help, she comprehensively worked to make a difficult situation very smooth and simple. She gave great advice on how to take on such an overwhelming project. Moving can be stressful and Mindy took on all of the work to make it as seamless and exciting for me. In my opinion, she is hands-down the absolute best agent out there. The BEST EXPERIENCE with a Realtor! Amy Dickson, realtor was personable, diligent and available during the search for my new home. She listened to my wants and needs finding homes that were suited for my tastes. The market changed greatly during my search to relocate from Jacksonville, FL to North Atlanta, GA area. Houses were being sold within hours of posting on the websites. Many times we were in route to look at a house and get a notice that it had been put under contract. Interest rates went up across the nation and the market slowed, which also affected the time span on selling my house in Jacksonville. During this same period of time, I was grieving over the loss of my grown son too. Amy was understanding and supportive as well. The entire team was professionally well networked with many vendor services associate with house buying. Continual communication and due diligence from onset to closing. I cannot praise them enough. Mindy is the best. If I could give her a million stars I would!!! Mindy never left my side during the whole process she stayed on top of everything from the beginning to the end. She made sure and explained everything to us so we would understand and was always a phone call away when we needed her. This was our first time buying a house and she made it a 1000000 % percent better for us. Hands down the best realtor ever!!!!!!!!
