Bought a mini skid from Casey. He is a great guy for sure. Patient with us, answered all our questions even my wife’s questions without even once acting like we didn’t matter. He was over the top friendly and took our business and put it first. To find anyone these days with this attitude is far and few, so thank you for that! Always answering calls texts and emails within a timely manner. That it’s important to us! Customer service is kind. We will absolutely do business with Casey again. Next on the list is a new trailer. He even delayed our shipping by one day because he didn’t feel the original shipping company was going to take care of the equipment properly. That is A+ service

I purchased a new 2023 IR-1000 that encountered a mechanical failure early on. I was initially pretty upset about it, but the owner honored the warranty and initiated a path toward resolution quickly.
I recommend this company because I believe they are reputable. Honesty, integrity and customer satisfaction are things they take very seriously.
