Very unhappy with Chase customer service. I was on the phone for 1 and a half hours and transfered to 5 departments to get no where. Their representatives gave me conflicting information. Then when speaking to the supervisor Maria, she just hung up on me when I was trying to ask a question. I will be banking elsewhere. The problem* 5 times I have transfered money and did wire transfers and they always hold my money for multiple days. Never had this problem with Wells Fargo

I would give negative stars if I could. I was told by the branch the funds would be available in 2 days, then they placed a nine day hold on it. They are thieves and just j*** you around while trying to get your money

Turn over is a big high, however this is my main branch I like to frequent. Chase in it self has too many rules to follow.

The manager made deliberately false and misleading statements to get my 65 year old mother to open an account in front of other bank employees to gain our "trust", and then was cowardly enough to actually attack her and try to trump up fictititious "criminal charges" and even called the police because she was angry about a blatant lie that cost her $1000 in fees and a whole lot of wasted time. These people have zero clue what it means to treat people with respect. They want your money,they want to make rules for you to have access to what's yours, and they don't care at all about human beings. Sad story and to be totally avoided!
