One of the best bank managers I have ever met. Had to visit the branch for a CC application verification. Mr. J went the extra mile to get it approved for me and stayed with me till the end. Highly recommend. Excellent service.

Zachary Morgan was able to help us on two different visits to make a transfer of money from Chase Bank to another bank just across the road. While we didn't understand The entire process Zach was able to help us through to success. He was extremely gracious and we'll get our next time banking business. Thank you Zachary

I used this branch to assist with a standard procedure on my home equity line. They could not help initially, and asked me to come back with more info/documentation. I collected what they asked and returned, but they said that they could not complete the process and to come back the following Monday to allow them to fix something in the system. I returned a third time and they told me that they could not help and to fill out some forms to mail into a corporate department. SIX HOURS I wasted at this place.

From the moment I stepped in, I was pleasantly greeted and assisted. I came to open a business account and Maria fit me into her booked schedule and I was able to get my account set up. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!!!!! ???

Very unhappy with Chase customer service. I was on the phone for 1 and a half hours and transfered to 5 departments to get no where. Their representatives gave me conflicting information. Then when speaking to the supervisor Maria, she just hung up on me when I was trying to ask a question. I will be banking elsewhere. The problem* 5 times I have transfered money and did wire transfers and they always hold my money for multiple days. Never had this problem with Wells Fargo

It's right off of exit 14 located in the Northwest corner of the 20 and the 9. Never too busy period everybody is always super helpful.

Very bad experience. I would not believe they do this. Give me an appointment next day even though I requested help on same day as it was urgent. They couldn’t help me.Next day I walk in to the bank and no one is there to help me. They did not inform me because they don’t have my number. Is that my problem they did not ask my phone while having appointment for me ? Being huge branch they can’t have single banker working in their branch ? Not giving my business to them going elsewhere. Simple. If you are reading wish you have better experience.

Was waiting in the lobby to open an account with them and overheard one of the employees saying to another they couldn’t stand working with the customers. I spoke with another employee and asked who the employee that made the comment was and to my surprise it was the branch manager. I’m not sure she’s in the right profession with that approach. I actually feel bad for the other employees here hence the 2 stars instead of 1. Needless to say that account was never opened.
