Incompetence. Refused to help me when I came into the office because they were closing in 15 minutes. Made me schedule an appointment. Came back for my appointment 5 days later and then they told me I had to set up another appointment because they had to wait for my documentation to be approved. I was assured that all documentation could be processed and approved at this appointment. Now I have to schedule another and waste more time due to their complete lack of knowledge. Would not recommend this branch to anyone.

I did a few transactions and all of them were either canceled either on hold for weeks, i have not received any notifications from CHASE, when i called they had to transfer me for 5 times because none of them could locate my accound since they are working on multiple plaforms .Also i had to verify my identity every time i get transfered.I did spent more than 2 hours for nothing because they did hang up on me

If possible i will give lesser review. I spent 1 hour waiting here and half an hour just to fax one document for my chase Marriott credit card application. After waiting for 3 weeks, i been told that they never received any document from this branch. In general bad experience with Chase.

Very unhappy with Chase customer service. I was on the phone for 1 and a half hours and transfered to 5 departments to get no where. Their representatives gave me conflicting information. Then when speaking to the supervisor Maria, she just hung up on me when I was trying to ask a question. I will be banking elsewhere. The problem* 5 times I have transfered money and did wire transfers and they always hold my money for multiple days. Never had this problem with Wells Fargo

I went to the branch for a simple deposit and withdrawal from same account and they totally messed that up. They withdrew from the WRONG account. Geez, a simple task and it's wrong. SCARY!!!

Had great experience when I went first time. Decided to open my account in the bank. They opened the business account but Non Profit account was not opened because of technical issue. Despite of multiple calls and visits, no progress. The person says she is busy. Will move to another bank.

Worst chase branch. Came to withdraw money. Their stupid atm didn’t work. Even though they had teller she didn’t want to help me. Their excuses was they were with client even though there were 3 employees at the branch

Chase is worst banks. Hundreds of thousands of dollars in bank and can’t get simple help without an appointment a week out.

Manager Jason refused to help me with a wire transfer fee after a delay that was due to the banks delay. Had to wait with 2 year old at lawyers office far longer than the bank estimated. Satya was very helpful, but very disappointed to hear that "certain customers wire fees" can be waived -but I don't meet the requirements after being with chase for years. Would not recommend this branch after such poor customer care from management.

Location is awesome and I like the staff who were very helpful and I have two business accounts with them. I am leaving with 2 star because of Jason and he is not very helpful in times. There were hardly any people in the bank and he blently said no notary service. I had to go to regions bank to get it done and I do not hold any account with them
