Ms. Shander went above and beyond to get me the best coverage and price, and she took the time to keep me informed all along the way. Not only was she ultimate professional being extremely knowledgeable about the best coverage for me, she was a great listener and compassionate about my personal needs for coverage.
It has been an extremely long time since I’ve received such outstanding customer service with personal touches.

Had some issues with my policy and was able to speak with Tammy S- She is the bomb diggity- I was frustrated with my premiums, and she was able to find me not only a way to reduce it but found out I wasn't getting all the discounts I could be getting which it hopefully getting me a refund!! Signed up for State Farm two months ago. Horrible experience with this agency. I've had Allstate, Geico and State Farm in the previous 20 years. Never been more dissatisfied with a level of customer service than this. Had to submit for Agent change before second billing cycle.
