“This is the third rental my family has conducted with this franchise this year. The first 2 for business and this last for personal due to an accident. I had the pleasure of working directly with the owner with an online reservation. When I arrived, the smaller car I reserved was unavailable so he put me in a free upgrade to an SUV. I was able to keep the car for an additional 2 weeks with no issues and a nominal extension fee. Pick up and drop off were seamless and quick. Will definitely rent from this location again!”
“Larry was so kind and helpful! Beaver toyota set up a loaner vehicle here and it was a very smooth process. Larry made sure that I received a vehicle that was the closest to my personal vehicle so that I would be comfortable. Only downside is that the vehicle could have been a little cleaner. I would definitely return as a customer!”
