Went into the store for some individual assistance and was told that because we did not schedule an appointment, the Store agent would have to stop helping us if she got another customer. She made us feel very undeserving and that we were a lower class than she. Obviously, she did not want to help us or want our money. She made several derogatory comments. I hope it was because we were dressed in very casual clothes and not in what are her standards. In a world where you can be anything, always be kind because it’s the right thing to do. I would not recommend this store.

WOW just WOW! I cannot say enough about Brits and the team. I have placed at least 15 special orders from them in the last two years for both me (Mom) and my sons. Each and every order arrived as ordered and perfect. I cannot say enough about the entire team going above and beyond for their customers. Once you start shopping at Brits, you won't stop! Watch out. :)

This place rents out Jims formal wear suites and they are absolutely horrible!! There is no communication between anyone who works there. My husband and his groomsman got suits from there and they all look different. Called to complain and was told well that’s what you ordered. And that was absolutely not what we ordered. They were rude. Do not go to this place.

Love this place. Staff is very knowledgeable and the customer service is incredible. I needed something last minute and they stayed open late so I could get what I needed and didn't feel rushed. Thank you, thank you!

I found myself in a real bind when my son needed a tuxedo at the last minute. Andrea and her team at Brits went WAY above and beyond to help me and took extra time to make my son feel very handsome. They made the whole experience of his getting his first tuxedo a VERY positive memory. I referred several friends to them for their prom tuxedos and EVERYONE had similar experiences. If you want a community-centered business who loves our kids, shop at brits, they will help you make memories for these special occasions, and in my case, they let me be a "cool" mom for just a little bit longer. I am forever grateful.

Was truly impressed with the work of Andrea at Brits. They are part of the Jim's Formal Wear network and I was needing measurements for a tux for a wedding I would be part of in Ohio. The first place I went for measurements, also part of the JFW network, turned me away because they won't serve people who just want measurements. That left me with little time to get to another member of the network. I called Brits Clothiers 30 minutes before they closed and told them I was 15 minutes away. They invited me to come. I arrived 15 minutes before closing, and while serving other customers, fitted me for the tux I was to be wearing for the wedding in Ohio, including speaking with the groom on the phone to make sure we were measuring for the right tux. Andrea wrote additional measurements on the information sheet due to my body type and we weren't done until 30 minutes after closing. Through the entire process, she and her other staff were incredibly competant, accomodating, friendly, and served my needs at no cost. Could not recommend higher for your tuxedo wear for your special event!

Debbie and her staff are truly amazing. 2 of my groomsmen and I recently rented tuxedos for my wedding in August 2020. My groomsmen measurements were spot on. I actually ended up losing about 10 pounds. So of course everything was to big.Debbie and her staff were able to remeasure and order new sizes and have them overnighted for me to get to try on and pick up the next day. Their service speaks for themselves and I appreciated the initiative to go above and beyond expectations.

Brits dressed us for my wedding and I could not have been more pleased. They were precise in measuring all of my groomsman and everything came in perfect as promised. I was so impressed by their attention to detail and Debbie's customer service. On the day of our wedding, she drove over 2 hours to bring us an extra bowtie clip that was damaged just hours before our wedding. I will certainly continue to do business with Brits and feel extremely comfortable in recommending them to anyone!
