Bright smiles is charging me for their inaccurate insurance submission several years ago. All of a sudden they claim I owe them $227. Even with proof they submitted a claim incorrectly to my insurance. They have no statements from that timeframe just a statement number carryover. No actual statement. As a consumer I have to pay the amount because they have a disclaimer statement. Don't do business here.

I had a crown came off for 2 tooth and went to this clinic. They do x-ray whole mouth instead of 2 teeth and said extraction, grafting for 2 teeth’s and gave a quote 3000$. I wanted to take second opinion I went different clinic they said they do rootcanel for 4th and 3rd one need to extract.I took an appointment in may month and asked them to extract only 3rd tooth but they took 4th which I wanted to do Root canal. when they are extracting tooth and they need to tell me which one is 3rd based on the x-ray i was telling 3rd one based on the x-ray but in real they extracted 4th tooth which I wanted to do Rootcanal.I asked them why you guys done wrong teeth but the staff is very rude.

Called to see if I could make an emergency appointment for wisdom tooth pain. They were able see me the same day, and complete the extractions. Everyone was nice and caring, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time.

Buyer Beware... This office claims that they are in network and participating with your insurance, but they really are NOT. I initially had a cleaning and paid at the office as they requested. I went back for additional work and the receptionist told me the initial dentist I saw was not in network and I would have to pay the balance of the bill $200+. We spoke about the work I was having done on the second visit and she confirmed today's dentist is in network, gave me the estimate and they proceeded to do the work. Turns out that was a flat out lie as I've just received an additional bill. This office does NOT participate with Cigna. Don't let them lie and tell you they do. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else!

Thank you! They took care of me when I could not find anyone to see me with emergency pain. Worth the hour and a half drive! The staff was very nice and Doc was great!
