Josh is awesome! I was quoted $78 and change for a device upgrade. I went in two weeks later and the price had changed to $91+. I explained the situation and he got me back down to $80 and helped with all my questions for my upgrade. Most Boost Mobile stores will just ignore and make excuses. He made it right and explained everything and answered every question I had with no push back. I will always go in store for issues vs calling customer support now. Mind you this was for a $300 Phone.

Ran out of data. Made payment early to get data back. I must wait another day to get data. Boost is quick to take money but slow to provide service. I am a long time customer but when I get this inaction from customer no service, it is time to find a new provider. I will never recommend Boost to anyone and will tell of my experience.

Lady would not process our transfer we give her the account number phone transfer number and she wouldn't do her job don't come here

Excellent customer service, the lovely lady ana was so helpful with me everything was so clear and quick. She also speaks Spanish and that was a plus for me. I recommend this store ??

It was awful!! I was charged 50 bucks for this woman to transfer my stuff from old phone and she could have told me I could do it myself at home!! I am a boost customer and pay 50 a month anyway!! So I was pretty upset about the whole thing!!

I was very taken back by the lack of instore abilities. You are better of doing everything over the app. The app and the staff operating it are very helpful once you can actually get someone to help you. I'm sorry to say that I would not recommend this store.

The lady helping was very nice but could not speak any english so it was very hard to communicate. She didn't even know how to cut on the new phone. People were actually laughing about it. Very sad
