The repair was done quickly and I as the owner of the car was kept up-to-date via telephone or text as to the status of the car and when it was going to be finished. I really like that the Customer Service exceeded beyond any other repair shops that I’ve been to. I never once had to call in question when my car was going to be fixed. The repair was done quickly and satisfactorily and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back there if I had any repair or work to be done and not a result of a car accident.”

“Awesome customer service. Brought in the wife's BMW (Which I door dented with the vette) The FCC team rocked out fixing my screw up. Could not see any damage after, it looked like nothing happened at all. They even found some more problems and gave me an excellect deal to fix it. About to take the BMW in again due to some EV driver getting out of his car in gear. Tore the mirror off the bimmer and dented the same door. I'm positive they will make it all look new again.”
