We originally came here to buy an open box tv that Best Buy’s website said was in stock at the Cummings location. When we got there we found out it had been moved to another store which was frustrating if it wasn’t for the help of Devin. He worked with us for over an hour to find alternatives to what we were there for. He went above and beyond to help us which we really appreciated!

I had navigation install in my jeep completed and trouble shot by James who did an absolutely phenomenal job!! He was very professional and was able to spot the problems immediately. He also made sure my phone connected to Apple car play and ensured I knew how to work things before I left. Also Gavin in the geek squad was super helpful and got an appointment for me, and I felt taken care of. I am hands down, coming back to this Best Buy, everytime!

Came in to pick up an item we ordered online. Finding a staff person to help you is next to impossible. When you can find someone they dont know anything. The only positive was the man in appliances he was very helpful and that being said the man in computers was horrible and was very angry not sure how his day went but please dont take it out on customers. Used to love best buy but it has been slipping lately.
