these women are so incredibly talented I don't know where to begin! I needed an Urgent color correction, started with Fire Engine Red hair and with all their powers combined especially the talented Kayla, they did so much more than I could've asked for I was almost in tears from gratitude and disbelief!!!!!!

I'm so happy with my hair!! I have had so many problems and have wasted so much money on stylist who never listened or got me to the hair I wanted. Jacque did an amazing job! I'm so obsessed she did exactly what I wanted and made it look exactly like my reference pictures. This will definitely be my new salon. Everyone was also so sweet and helpful.

Cons:1. This is a teaching salon- the girls who are learning are VERY talented, though and not “just starting out”, but they are still learning (that being said- nothing is done without supervision and most, of not all color is applied by Jacque or Berni)2. Jacque doesn’t cut hair- I believe Berni is the only one in the salon who cuts hair3. They play musical chairs a lot- you sit here sit there, one person shampoos, another colors, another cuts- I don’t love this4. Not very time efficient- they schedule multiple people at the same time. Took me 3 hours for a root smudge, tone, and trim5. Pricing is high(er)Pros:1. Everyone is extremely friendly2. Jacque and Berni are knowledgeable and very great teachers to the girls learning in the salon3. The girls still “learning” do an AWESOME shampoo. I could’ve fallen asleep4. End product ALWAYS looks fantastic5. Location is convenient if you’re in downtown Cumming

Just amazing!!! This mother/daughter team rocks the world of hair color and cuts!!! While waiting for my color to set, I love watching the masterpieces being made around me! Then viola-my turn...this place is just awesome!!!

I moved from Buckhead to Cumming & have been unable to find a consistent hair stylist/colorist. Berni & her daughter are phenomenal!!! Hands down the best hole in the wall find with a luxury feel!

After having a fabulous stylist for years, I was nervous about going to a new salon when we moved into the area. Today was the beginning of what will be a long relationship with these two incredibly talented hair professionals. A Consult for color and cut ended with a fabulous result. The salon is gorgeous and chic and the staff is the best! The shampoo girls are the best! I highly recommend Berni Inc.!

I went to Jacque for a balayage color and it looks amazing! And she is sooo fast. Jacque and Berni are very knowledgeable, talented gals. My good friend has been going to them for years and kept telling me to switch to them - should have listened to her years ago. Never going back to my former salon!
