Great service. I'm a beginner bowler and he took the time to make sure my new ball was drilled correctly. He took the time to have me roll several balls. Even gave me some tips on how to hook the ball.Used the new ball and I was hooking the ball no problem. He fixed another ball I had bought from another pro shop. Works great now.I highly recommend. BTW this stars and strikes is great. Lanes are in great condition and arcade has a ton of good games.

Wow! I don't do a lot of reviews but this one had to be done.I've probably had 20 bowling balls drilled in my lifetime all of those were prior to the year 2000. Things change a lot over a 22-year time span LOLMark and Patty were fantastic.They both listened to my concerns about getting back into the game and what I was looking for reaction wise in the new ball.I still had my old Columbia 300 urethane ball so Mark wanted to see how that fit me. Over time my Span changed Etc but he explained in great detail what and why we needed to change things. I was totally impressed with both Mark and Patty's knowledge of the game and fitting procedures.After the ball was drilled I thanked them and headed out to the lanes to give it a rip. Soon after they both came over to follow up and see if everything was ok.I can't stress enough how good these folks are. If you need equipment this is the place to go.I live 90 minutes away from their shop and I talked with several other shops before I decided they were the ones to use.By the way I carried 185 plus back in the 80s and 90s when there was no such thing as a house shot lol.Thanks Guys for a great experience!

I want to start off by saying a very nice couple own the place! I’m a beginner to bowling and their super helpful and patient with me and make sure I’m understanding everything I need to know. Also very helpful when it comes to helping me figure out the gear I need to bowl the best I can and figuring out how exactly my ball needed to be drilled perfect for me. Mark and Patty y’all are the best!

My first bowling ball was given to me by a friend who got me into bowling after the pandemic had started and I quickly fell in love with the sport. I wore the ball out pretty quickly and actually started to notice it cracking so I thought to myself that it was time for a new bowling ball. Mark helped me out so much by not only picking a ball that was very similar to the ball I had, but also drilled the holes based off of how I liked my ball to come down the lane. The new ball fit my game extremely well and raised my average as well. I took lessons from them afterwards and Mark and Patty did a really great job of pointing out my bad habits. I've only been bowling for 2 months but could never pass 200 but after the lesson I had with them, I hit 210 for the first time. I unfortunately don't have many friends that bowl so I wanted to leave this review to support their business. They're very knowledgeable and kind people. :)

I’m just getting back into bowling. My brother gave me a ball & Mark took measurements & redrilled it for me. He took plenty of time with me & the service was great. His wife Patty assists him in the shop. Such NICE people !I highly recommend !

Middle aged bowling newb here. Well, I played in my teens but never stuck to it. Anyways I was impressed and pleased with Mark's attention to detail and Patty's tutoring! When I did have my own ball it wasn't drilled anywhere near as well as how Mark drilled my new ball. And Patty gave me some great tips as I try my luck on the lanes again. I will be happy to repeat my business here again in the future.

They had to order my ball so I don’t have it yet but I felt great when I left there. They helped me out so much in choosing the correct ball and spent so much time explaining things to me and just making me feel comfortable. Highly recommend them!

Had a ball drilled today, this couple has the only pro shop open on Sunday and took great care of us. We had to drive a ways to get there but he took his time and listened. Really good service. I will be going to this shop again
