I had the best experience at BenchMark West Forsyth. The whole staff are very polite, listened to my needs, my issues and most of all reached my goal! With their great PT staff Haley and Mallory worked on my rehabilitation and thanks to them I was back to work 2 months earlier than my doctor expected. He was very satisfied as well on how well I was able to walk again without any issues or assistance after having surgery on my leg. Thank you all at West Forsyth BenchMark. I will highly recommend you all.

My therapist, Anna, was absolutely the best. She took the time to clearly explain the exercises and how they would benefit improving my healing. She displayed a genuine desire to help and made me feel like I was the only person in the room, not just a number. I recommend Anna and would definitely go back should I need PT again.

Natalie at BenchMark was awesome. The entire staff was so kind and friendly. Natalie pushed me in a positive way and was very encouraging. She listened to my concerns and helped come up with ways to solve them. I am sure I will need PT down the road at some point and I know where I will go! Back to BenchMark.

I had a very positive experience recovering from a leg injury. Anna was my therapist and she showed me compassion to help others and displayed professionalism throughout the entire process. When it comes to education in physical therapy, it shows.Thank you for all your help!George H

Front desk little girl is very Rude, never picked up the phone when my kid's doctor sent them a referral they never contacted you when I called them after a week she simply said she was extremely busy, Hell....I inquired about their referral process she get mad and had no courtesy to keep you going.I had to transfer my referral to PT Solutions where they give us a call within 2hrs. Benchmark therapy has so many patients but very limited staff....they need to train front desk and hire more people.

I loved the family type atmosphere that I felt when I first walked in. The entire staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. It made my recovery a lot easier. Thank you Haley and Cody you both rock!!!

I’ve never liked physical before but benchmark west is just awesome ! I went there for one thing and destiny realized I needed something else. She called all my doctors and got me to dr Nayak the next day. She went all out to do this and I really appreciated it. She said I needed to come everyday to work on my diagnosis and made me realize how important it was. Then she made all of my appointments with Natalie. She is precious and I love working with her Thursday we realized I had vertigo. Cody the head guy and her worked on after my appointment was over again they provedthat they care about their patients and want to help them. I’m so glad I went to benchmark physical. West. I think they’re the best!?❤️?

I have been attending Benchmark since January 2022, and today April 26, 2022 was my last Session, excellent service, all of the physical therapists were very friendly extremely friendly, my therapist Haley was very knowledgeable she was there to assist me in every way and if my therapist Haley was absent the others therapist were able to assist me , I could not have selected a better facility, I’m so glad that I selected that particular one, Kudos to everyone there because each therapist pitched in and help the other. The training that each had they were able to help anyone that came in there kudos for them also, the receptionist at the front desk were also very very friendly and willing to assist you, Kudo to the receptionist also , Thank you Haley and all of the therapist thank you., A VERY FRIENDLY Atmosphere. Today, about an hour ago, I was shopping at the green corners Kroger. While loading my groceries my cart started rolling towards a parked car. I turned to stop the cart and tripped taking a face plant on the pavement. Faith in people is not lost. Good Samaritans placed my groceries in my truck and Cody from Benchmark physical therapy came to check on me. My pride was hurting more than anything else. Cody offered to get me cleaned up medically and he did. I didn’t ask for nor seek assistance however I thank Cody for being so kind, generous and selfless. He went above and beyond what he was required to due, he certainly didn’t know me and I wasn’t a patient. Thank you Cody for your help.

I got the best care possible at Benchmark. They always worked around my schedule and Joe my physical therapist was always one step ahead of my doctors, he always knew what I needed to do to get better and back on my feet. I can't thank them enough for all they have done for me!
