As you can see from the picture they do not have attendance at the check out counters. It seems like you are always hunting for someone to help you. Another problem is the associates are not identifiable when looking through the store. Its hard to tell between associates and customers.
Lastly once you do get service at this Belk, they are very friendly and helpful.

Nice store not near enough cashiers or changing rooms. There is only one changing room open and you have to wait for an open room and then you have wait longer if you decide to purchase something. Cashiers are polite at this location.

It was a nice, quiet and clean store. Although it is confusing needing coupons, not knowing where they would be, without you'd pay more.
It would be easier to just lower prices and have occasional markdowns.
My main reason was a return which was handled quickly, although once I got home I discovered the amount refunded was less than the purchase price.

I hate shopping at this store. I only come in when I’ve exhausted all other options. They employ 3 people not only to check customers out, but to make returns and anything else they might need. The staff is very friendly but the wait is unacceptable. The store is messy, poorly lit, and depressing. They still have stock left over from Fall and Winter that they can’t seem to unload no matter how low the prices.

Came in today to buy a suit and shoes and the cashier was very friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful in helping my sister and I find the right suit for me. Loved your half priced sale and your wide range of selection of clothing. I'll definitely be back to shop there and I hope the same CSR takes care of me.

I hate the Belks App. Just put things on sale and make it open to everyone. The app doesn't work half the time. Check out lines are so long!
