Great experience with this dealership. I live in Texas, they had the exact Tundra I wanted, inquired online. Noel called me first thing the next morning, he double checked to make sure it had all the features I wanted. Minimal haggling and their opening offer for my trade in was very fair. Purchased the vehicle the following day. One of the best experiences I've had working with a dealership. We will check in with them again when my wife gets the new Land Cruiser in a couple of years. I'm sorry Beaver Toyota but you have failed me on two occasions now and I will make my dealership of choice Milton Martin Toyota in Oakwood. I brought my SUV for service through the drive-through and was told that the wait would be too long and to schedule an appt for faster service. I did so and was 15 minutes early for my appt. The service adviser checked me in & I sat inside keeping check every once in a while and my SUV never moved for 30 minutes. I told the service adviser that I was going to go. He apologized and told me that they were so backlogged that they hadn't had a chance to come get my SUV yet. Milton Martin wisk me in right away! Fast forward - I have a Highlander & I've noticed that the door panel to the top rear was popping out, and could be snapped back in with a push. I took it to the service department to show them & was greeted by an adviser when I explained that I had been in the body shop industry and apparently the retaining clip was not holding the door panel in place, he asked me what I thought could have caused this. Do what?? I told him, I don't know, maybe you can help me figure that out. He was insinuating that I had done something to cause the issue. My Highlander is a 2022 model and had 21,000 miles on it, I don't think that I have been pulling the door panel off to play around inside! He then proceeded to tell me that it may not be the retaining clip and illustrated with his hand all around the face of the panel that there could be a lot of different things inside of the door causing this issue. Do what?? lol I told him that I had been in the body shop industry and I knew what I was talking about. He took offense to the comment and I told him that what he was suggesting was ludicrous! I guess if I had come in and acted like I had no clue, he would have been more cordial and not accusing. I left and don't plan to ever go back. I am local to Cumming and regret that they fail in their customer service department. After getting back to the office, I called and left a message for the service department manager to call me. A return call never happened... Go figure!

We were taken serious advantage of and had a terrible experience in our car buying process. I do not recommend unless you have someone who is good with legal sides.

Chris gave us excellent service repairing my vehicle. He greeted me with a handshake and said we'll take of you, which he did! I will bring all concerns I may have with my Tundra to Beaver Toyota, they are the BEST!

The keys were lost forcing us to reschedule pick up. The car was damaged with the damage undisclosed until we arrived. We live an hour away. The repair took an extra week because the repair products were defective. You forgot to attach the temporary tag and sent us away with a test drive tag. The keys didn't work so I'm back today trying to buy a car from you. I'm now a total of 12 hours into the process. This is the public review I will be putting on all relevant platforms to alert other buyers. I can only say I am beyond grateful I didn't buy your $8,000 extended service plan. Went in for a standard 10k mile service on my brand new car purchased at Beaver. Even with an appointment, I was told the basic service was going to take 2 hours. I sat for over 3 and a half hours with no communication from my service technician. I finally went to his desk to ask where my car was, and he said, "Oh it's been done. Sorry about that." I had a very similar experience the first time I brought my car in for service, but chalked it up to a busy day. Now that this has happened twice I will definitely not be returning. I can get my oil changed and fluids topped off anywhere else in under an hour!

Dishonest and terrible communication. Advertise one deal and then quote you double the monthly payment for the same exact car. Worked with Jeremiah. Beware of this Toyota dealership.

Toyota of Roswell provides better service and much better prices. The people at Toyota of Roswell are very knowledgeable and very friendly. Toyota of Roswell does not try to sell you service that you don't need.

We alway receive special attention when bringing vehicles in for service. I love the cafe, I love sitting by fireplace especially when the weather is chilly (like Tuesday was) I love the atmosphere and attitude! Oh and I love my 2019 RAV4! (Purchased from Beaver)
