My car had a lot of damage. They were great about always keeping me up to date on the progress of my car. Sean was so patient and easy to deal with. The girls up front always helped me when I had questions. It was almost a 2 month process because there was so much damage. My car was clean and looked like it did before the accident. When I found a few things they had missed. They were good about addressing them right away. Was so glad I took it there.

Caused delay by lying about the time they ordered a part, finally gave the car back just to find that there isn't even a signal from the reverse camera. what?

Beaver Toyota Collision Center did a great job in fixing my car . Very helpful front desk staff. I got regular updates from them about the progress. Shaun was very helpful and did a great job. I’m impressed with their work and friendly service .

I came here to get my 4 Runner’s hood fixed as it was pretty messed up. One of the reasons that I came here is because of the head collision painter here. This place employs one of the top painter in GA. I known him forover 15 years and he has painted several of my vehicles. Collision advisor (Matt) came out and took care of me. He was super friendly and thorough. I got an estimate very quick and I dropped my vehicle off the following week.The facility and waiting area was super nice. I was told there was a shuttle for customers if you live around 10 miles away. Affer a few days later, I was called and told that my car was ready for pickup. I came in on a Saturday morning as they open 8a-12pm on Saturdays mostly for people pickup or drop off their cars. The hood was perfectly painted and matched the rest of panel. This was the best experience ever with a collision center. The customer service was just excellent. I was speechless with the way information was sent to me every so often from when parts were ordered to when it was delivered and expected when the job will be completed. To top it all the job was completed one and half week early. I am impressed. Thank to Matthew and everyone else. Beaver Toyota is the best.Service: Body & Trim

Was not happy with my car repairs they did a rush job that was bad news . I was told my car was done as it was sitting in there drive way for almost a week and no one test drove it . When I picked it up me and my wife started driving it and noticed that air was whistling in the passenger side window. Brought it back for a 2nd time and we was there for about 3 hours and they made it worse. They have no idea what the problem is.

I dropped my car for a small collision repair on Jan 17th and as of today (March 18th) still waiting for my car to be fixed. No ETA when my car will be ready.
