“Came in with what I felt was probably a bad battery. Walked in and without hesitation one of their team, Luke, grabbed his tools and battery tester. Within 15 minutes Luke helped me conclude the battery was dead, remove it, found a new one, and got it installed. Great customer service and honestly couldnt have asked for more. I'll be back there exclusively.”
“We came in last night after having a battery issue, noticing the terminals were corroded, and being told we needed to replace the terminals at another auto parts store. We came in with the replacement part in hand, hoping to get a second opinion. Nate was so kind, came and took a look at our battery, and cleaned all of the corrosion for us at no cost. We can now return the replacement part we bought and have not had any other issues with the battery! Nate saved us a huge amount of time and stress. We could not be more thankful to him.
