Never had an issue. Always prompt service. Always there when I need them. Been using them for a year or more. I get thank you cards from them sometimes too! Everyone is so sweet there.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BANK WITH BANK OF THE OZARKS!!!!!! I went in today to get money out of 2 of my accounts to move to another bank and I have never seen such a mess in my life. Yesterday I deposited $4700 into my business account and today I went to withdraw $10,000 knowing I had a balance of $15,000+ in the account and the same teller I deposited the cash with yesterday tells me I have $500 in my account while the transition expert is looking over her shoulder. I was about to blow a gasket and it took her at least 5 minutes to figure out she was looking at the wrong account. As I was standing there another business customer came in furious because he was unable to anything with his accounts all day because the system was down all day. Their phone system is completely out of order even though they had their phone guy on site all day he just threw his hands up and said he didn't know what the problem was. I would never recommend anyone use this sorry excuse of a bank.
