I requested a balance transfer from Bank of America in early August and after a couple of weeks, the credit card to be paid off with the transfer hasn't received payment, so I called Bank of America where the rep told me that whoever took the first request left out one digit of the account number so they were going to stop payment on it and re-issue to the correct account number, but the stop payment never happened and the compa receiving the payment ended up getting paid twice. I called B of A to resolve and they refused to credit back the balance transfer fee on the duplicate transfer even though it was their errors that caused all of this.

We stopped in this bank to get a cashiers check while we were out of town. The line wasn't very long so service was pretty quick. The girl helping my daughter told her about a rewards program that could save her fees on her checking account and fees for cashiers checks. She decided to do the program because it is free. We thought it would then be done right there. We had toGo with the manager to another computer to do this. She did get to order. New debit card too since we were at it. Everyone was very pleasant.

I have had the same bank account for over 30 years. Everytime I have to go to this location I cringe. It is always a minimum of 25 minutes to get through the long line. There have been several awesome managers over the years, but the one that is there now is not one of them. As manager, he should jump in to help keep the line moving but he never does. And he has been saying the reason for the long lines is the fact that they are short staffed. He has been saying that for at least 6 years or longer. No one has answered the phone at this location since February 2020, not even kidding.

BOA is trying to force customers to do everything online and there are just some bank services that can’t be performed on line. Ie anything that involves cash. Always ridiculously long lines and at most 2 tellers even during high traffic times

One of the worst banks I have ever dealt with. Lucks was very nice but Customer service was terrible. I have had multiple issues with BOA throughout the years from changing fees to fees for kid savings that would deplete the balance down. The other day I went to cash a check and they wouldn’t because I didn’t have the equivalent amount in my account. So I had to be responsible to secure the check. I have banked here for nearly 30 years, lives at the same place for nearly twenty years, worked the same job for 20 years and have cashed the same check multiple times. They said it was because of fraud. I am closing my accounts and will never bank with BOA. They didn’t even try to keep their customer.

This branch as well as several others are always closed for one reason or another and if they do happen to be open , the lines are long due to too few tellers. They cant even manage to have the drive thru open so you are forced to go inside. Its amazing how so many branches of BOA are closed and yet other banks in the area remain open. Lousy customer service. Its time to move on from BOA.

This branch is HORRIBLE called multiple times and NOBODY ANSWES THE PHONE EVER!! My question can’t be answered by a machine. Get it together people, this isn’t a retail store or fast food restaurant, MY MONEY LITERALLY PAYS for you to service your customers.

One of the worst locations around.It's Tuesday after 4th of July, there's only one teller, LOL and location is full of people, but hey, they all speak Spanish
