Called ahead to make sure they had wiper blades and they confirmed. When I walked into the store I was greeted by “we don’t have any to fit your car”. When told I just called, someone mumbled that he had answered my call. I also said I wanted them installed like it says on their website. “We don’t like to do them on a Mercedes, but we’ll look. After a cursory inspection, said not going to install. Will sell them but not going to install. Very poor service. Had installed at O’Reillys down the street!!!!!!

I have been to three other places before coming to this AutoZone and finding a man named Jim that works here he's very eager friendly and offered to help me this is the third time I've been here in 2 days and it's been very nice and helpful other employees should act this way especially when women come in they know nothing about cars so thank you Jim I hope you have a blessed day

My brake light was out so I went in for a replacement. They had the bulb, (great!) but when I asked if they could install the bulb in my car the guy gave me an abrupt and resounding “NO.” Not a “unfortunately it’s store policy that I cannot do that for you, so sorry” etc…none of that. And when I asked if this was a new thing as I had usually been able to get help with replacing the bulb, he told me again “NO.” When I askedIf he could point me towards any instructions he looked away and said “YouTube it” .Not gonna lie, I think I’ll be going to the store down the road from now on if they’re going to be rude and unhelpful. This isn’t the first time either, a family member recently had a similar issue with staff at this store.Do Better.

This morning my battery died on my older Acura and I jumped it and went to the nearest auto parts store to try to replace it. I bought the platinum Duralast inside and while it was still cold, raining and windy, I inquired about who may be able to assist. Jim graciously volunteered before anyone, put on his rain gear and installed it for me with skill and precision and using tools from his personal box. His attitude and knowledge was second to none and prompted me to leave this review to pass on my heartfelt gratitude to him.
