They really need to educate their employees. I walked in asking about windshield wiper fluid and the young gentleman literally said an arm about 10 times and I go. I guess I would probably be better off googling it. And he goes OK ma’am have a good day and just stands there, I will not be back

We have had multiple bad experiences with Jose. His arrogant attitude & lack of good customer service is apparent at every interaction. Especially when it comes to his Spanish speaking customers. I hope management can review this with him.

I really had a positive experience this morning! I went in looking for some Antifreeze. I was greeted by a knowledgeable staff member who directed me to the correct items and I had a pleasant experience at check out. The store has a lot of parking with plenty of space to work on your car. The store is so amazingly clean and organized and lots of options for everything is available. The staff seemed really knowledgeable and kind. I'll definitely be visiting again for all my future car parts.
