The repair was done quickly and I as the owner of the car was kept up-to-date via telephone or text as to the status of the car and when it was going to be finished. I really like that the Customer Service exceeded beyond any other repair shops that I’ve been to. I never once had to call in question when my car was going to be fixed. The repair was done quickly and satisfactorily and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back there if I had any repair or work to be done and not a result of a car accident.”

“I recently used Hamby's Towing services last Friday as my dad's vehicle broke down while I was driving it to my next destination from the bank. I had used a different towing service through state farm but had to pay as state farm made a mistake informing me that I wasn't covered. I paid for Hamby's fee willingly because they picked me up within 20 mins versus the one state farm recommended. The guy that picked me up [can't remember his name] was very nice, courteous, and let me ride to the shop I was needing to take it too. He listened to all my problems I had encountered recently & even made sure the air was blasting as I was sweating after awhile waiting outside. He also wished me good luck in the future and hoped everything else worked out for me.
I have to give credit to Mrs. Carla Gravitt as she called the owner, Terry Joe and explained my predicament & got Terry to take me quick!. I will be referring all my family & friends to Hamby's.”
“We called Brian at Southern Off Road Specialists and had a great experience! My son wanted a 7" lift on 37"s for his Toyota 2018 Tundra. We ended up getting a lift, rims and tires from Southern Off Road. Brian was very knowledgeable, explaining every detail of the build. We also added a bumper with a light bar. They did awesome work and their customer service is 2nd to none. Check them out!”

“Came in with what I felt was probably a bad battery. Walked in and without hesitation one of their team, Luke, grabbed his tools and battery tester. Within 15 minutes Luke helped me conclude the battery was dead, remove it, found a new one, and got it installed. Great customer service and honestly couldnt have asked for more. “Stopped in here on a recommendation to replace a back windshield wiper that was broken by a car wash. Emily was able to ID which blade would be replacing the missing unit, and got it for me. She could tell I was wildly uncomfortable with this, and asked Chris to help walk me through it. It was pretty easy once you know what the attachments are for. Without that, you're looking around wondering how you can do anything without help. Thanks to Chris and Emily for a relatively easy experience and I felt great that I was able to address the issue and learn how to do it in the future.”

“Awesome customer service. Brought in the wife's BMW (Which I door dented with the vette) The FCC team rocked out fixing my screw up. Could not see any damage after, it looked like nothing happened at all. They even found some more problems and gave me an excellect deal to fix it. About to take the BMW in again due to some EV driver getting out of his car in gear. Tore the mirror off the bimmer and dented the same door. I'm positive they will make it all look new again.”
