I am adjusting my rating to 1 star....I was told that I will get $10 per line discount for being a Costco member and now they canceled it stating it is only for Costco employees...I have called Customer Care and visited the store but they now want me to sign up for AARP....what a disappointment. How do I escalate it to the executive team ??

I lost 2 hours in the store because I did not have internet and they could not fix it , They sent me to APPLE STORE ? I went to the ATT in MILTON and in 5 minutes they found the error in the system.

They were super-friendly and helpful. So, you're probably wondering why 2 stars? They signed me up for services I did not ask for and that they never mentioned in the process. That is not quite right, someone mentioned "new phones come protected now." Since I have been an AT&T customer for decades, I knew better and even commented I would have to check that. The protection it "comes with" was for 4 phones (they even had the audacity to only apply it to 1 phone) and was $45/month. The second thing was the "Next Up" program for $6/month. Both of these were easy enough to cancel online, but of course they prorate the charges so it still cost me some. This is probably the case in every carrier's stores, but people need to be on the lookout for. I am sure they get bonuses for signing people up for these overpriced products. Oddly enough, I didn't have this issue last time I was in the store and bought 3 new phones. However, In the future I will be looking elsewhere for my phones.

Bryce was super helpful today.We were almost 10 people (two families) in the store trying to get new phones for and transfer some of the lines to a new account and Bryce was super helpful and patience with us. I appreciate a lot his help, and looking forward to come again and work with him.

We've had a really hard time with AT&T's call center and went to the physical store near us to try to figure things out. Tiffany immediately went above and beyond in trying to help us and get us the best deal possible. She was so on top of her numbers and really advocated for us!

I am not an easy customer to help so I really appreciate the quality of service. Justin was very helpful and honestly the most helpful person I’ve ever dealt with at a phone store. Most of the time these places have terrible customer service. I can say for certain I will never go back to T-Mobile after being.

This place is run by a bunch of racists. I was assaulted and battered by both a sales rep AND the Manager herself because I questioned their demand for my driver's license when attempting to create a service account. If you are not a negroid, not only are you NOT welcome here, you will be physically abused and run out of town. Do NOT go to this store unless you are "one of their kind." The worst example of racism that I have EVER experienced in my entire life resides at THIS AT&T store.
