NOT FOR ME..... First of all I wanted to say that I really wanted to like this place based on all the good reviews. I had never been here before and found that making an appointment was easy and the person I spoke to on the phone seemed nice. When I arrived for my appointment, I found they had ample parking and there was plenty of open spots. When I walked in, I could tell they were busy and I was greeted by a lady - (didn't get her name ) who was obviously in a hurry to the point of being short and rude ...that immediately left a bad taste in my mouth. My stylist came up to greet me a few minutes later and she also seemed to be in a hurry. She did ask me a few questions about the style and or color I wanted. She was not very talkative and was in a rush . Not sure if everyone was just having a bad day there or what. The color turned out very harsh looking compared to what I am used to - I don't think she used a toner afterwards. The cut looked good however...so I did leave a tip - but regret doing so. I won't be back. I'm sure this is probably a great place when the staff is not rushed and/or rude- based on my experience, this place was not for me.

Crystal is awesome!! She gets my hair right every time and is funny and sweet!! She’s great about getting me in last minute for a two hour appointment when she can!! The prices are very reasonable and worth it!! I love their products and their jewelry and merchandise they sell. I’m a forever customer!! Thanks Crystal for just being real and making me laugh and feel at home not to mention having me leave with awesome looking hair!! ? I would highly recommend ARDEN SALON to everyone!!

Heather is great in repairing my hair after having a bad cut elsewhere and suggesting what was good and bad for my hair. She didn't try and push expensive damaging treatments. I recommend her to all.
