Amie is the best!!!! We were first-time home buyers, and we closed today! Amie was our realtor and she was nothing short of perfect! She responded so quickly to every text, call, or email and she was so personable! Her knowledge of the industry is extensive and she provided us such great insight along the way. She was always so honest with us through everything, even when the truth was less favorable! She helped us with what to look for and also what to avoid in homes. She was also able to get us so much more in the negotiation process than we ever could've imagined! She truly put our best insterest at the forefront of the home buying process, and we were so appreciative of that since this was our first experience buying a house. I'd recommend Amie to anybody purchasing a home in the Atlanta area!

One of them answered the phone every time I called and understood all of my needs. If I needed a painter, they had a painter there the same day or the next. And each person they sent did a fantastic and quick job and did not charge outrageous prices. Amie and Paul are so patient and kind. I have worked with them four times now. Even though my husband and I had particular needs, they showed us many homes and were honest about the market. They worked with us to buy a beautiful home.They also helped me sell my home. They worked with me to get my home ready and it sold for a great price. If you are looking for someone fair and honest, I definitely recommend using them for all of your buying and selling needs.

Where to begin? We moved from out of state and Amie was an amazing guide for us. She was our eyes, ears (and nose! in some cases) on the ground while she toured homes virtually for us since we couldn't be there in person.When we were finally able to come in person, the home matched perfectly with everything she told us virtually down the smallest details.I even said to my husband, "if this house doesn't work out, I would trust Amie to find us a home without us even touring it in person, she's that good at matching us with what we want."Amie is an outstanding buying agent and served us so professionally and compassionately during the biggest move of our lives. Amie and Paul helped my wife and I find our dream home. We started looking and could just not find anything we liked. All the prices were very high and all the homes were right on top of each other. Every time we found a home we wanted to see Amie was able to get us a showing ASAP. We also got to know her son Nathan. He also went over and above and showed us homes after he was done working his full time job. The entire group was awesome and went over and above to find us our dream home. If you are looking in the North Georgia area, I would most definitely recommend Amie and Paul. Boseman really did a fantastic job on the sale of our home. Aimee communicates, and listens, very well. She speaks her opinions and suggestions and listens to yours.Ours was a complicated closing and she knew exactly who to consult and was very patient through the process. Never did we feel pressured.They were on property whenever needed throughout the whole process.Good job Bozeman!
