My house had extensive water damage requiring $85K of complex repairs. Insurance paid for it but I had to select a contractor. All South Restoration was recommended to me and I'm very happy that I decided to hire them. First, they identified many repair items that were missed by a professional insurance adjuster and, based on their professional estimate and reputation, insurance agree to pay for additional repairs which saved me many thousands $$$ as otherwise I would have to pay for these repairs from my own pocket later on. Second, despite complexity of the project and current shortages of materials, the project was completed on time, as promised at the beginning, and on budget which means all the house repair cost was covered 100% by insurance and overall the house looks better than before flooding. Third, quality of work and materials is great and as promised with frequent and detail communication during the entire project. Since they were recommended to me, I'm passing on my sincere recommendation of All South Restoration services for any house repair or remodeling project.

Bad experience. I had a specific budget in mind but had plenty of flexibility to expand my budget. Received a call prior to my estimate and was told it’d be double my budget (which I could afford but I’d want to know what I was purchasing and have an idea of what the finished project would look like). Guy who called me said he didn’t want to waste my time or his. No worries. Cancelled appointment and nobodies time was wasted.

Very happy with my experience with All South. We had water damage under our kitchen and dining room floors - they were very prompt with getting a team out to dry the floors and were great in walking us through our remediation options. We ended up needing new tile/hardwoods in our kitchen/dining room and needed the hardwoods sanded/stained/refinished through the whole house - All South did a great job managing the entire project and keeping us updated. They were also very communicative with any issues encountered.

After a water leak ruined our floor in 4 rooms, All South Restoration came in and did an incredible job of clean up and fix up. It is now 4 years later and a couple of the transition pieces between the rooms became loose. I called All South, and they were so quick to come over and free of charge reattach the transition pieces. I expected to pay after so many years, but they stand by their work, and would not let me. What a top notch company!

AllSouth completed a master and guest bath renovation, and also did a water damage remediation before I moved into a property I purchased. I would engage them again without hesitation. The project manager communicated with us regularly and succinctly. Even still, you should expect to participate once the work is underway to confirm placement of critical elements and to inspect things as the project progresses.

They are professional, trustworthy and responsive. We were out of town when our water heater leaked and flooded our basement. We called Allsouth and they took care of everything and kept us well informed along the way. We felt so confident in Allsouth that we continued our vacation and did not return home early.

While we were out of town, a tree fell on our house and a neighbor called us. We had no idea who to call so we relied on a referral from our adjuster. For starters all they did was take the tree off and tarp the house. When we came back, the tree was gone, the yard was all cleaned up and all the debris from the collapsed ceiling was already picked up and bagged and hauled away. We were so impressed by just the way they handled that part of the job we went ahead and gave them the repair job, and it couldn't have gone smoother. From start to finish they kept us informed of everything they were doing and were very helpful especially with helping us navigate the insurance portion of the job. We would have never known what questions to even ask our adjuster if they hadn't guided us so well. The repairs only took about 3 weeks and some of the delays were caused by rain delays. We couldn't be happier with how nice the job turned out and would definitely use them again.

The All South team made an incredibly challenging time much easier. I had such a great working relationship with all of them, especially my project manager Lee. The weekend after my father passed away in November, my brother and I walked into my parents' house to find it flooded. Water had been running for weeks. Greg came over immediately and worked for HOURS to get the initial cleanup work going. He was so kind to all of us, even sharing some of his heavy duty garbage bags as we sorted through my parents' stuff. Not only did we have to get that repaired, but we also needed to get the house ready to sell. I ended up doing all of that with the All South team. Oddly, having the house flooded became a good thing because I found a trustworthy, great team that was able to help me through this. The house is about 20 miles from where I live. I balance having a 4.5 year old, husband, a new business of my own and a mother with Alzheimer's in assisted living an hour away. This means that I had no chance of being at the house during the renovation work. Throughout the entire process, I visited just to choose flooring and then for a final walk-through. Lee was always in communication with me -- text, phone and email -- so it didn't even feel like I was remote. Work was perfect. Home looks better than it has in 30 years. We also stuck to a great timeline, and I was able to list the house for sale in time for the spring market. It would have been sooner, but, before we started work, I needed to coordinate the estate sale, which took time. I have rambled here in my review, but I truly wouldn't hesitate to suggest All South to others.

If it were possible to do less than 1 star rating I would. Never finished the job despite having to come back multiple times. Didn't hesitate to send a final invoice for work that was never completed though.

The CEO ran me off the road this morning on my bike, hitting me with his dump trailer. I’m assuming his phone call was more important than safety, I can only imagine how attentive he is on-site

We hired All South to restore our home after an air conditioning unit in our attic leaked while we were on vacation, causing water damage to ceilings and hardwood floors on both levels of our house. They did a superb job - from helping us deal with our insurer (our adjuster told us All South's estimate was one of the most detailed, and best, she'd ever seen), to managing several different aspects of the project - packing us out and in, floor repair, ceiling and drywall, and painting. Everything was professionally and efficiently handled. While I certainly hope never to be in a situation like this again, I couldn't be happier with having used All South for this project.

David, Lee and their team did a phenomenal job, from start to finish. They paid attention to detail, fully explained everything to me, and guided me through each step. The craftsmanship is beautiful, and our kitchen looks better than it did before the water damage! I will continue to recommend them to friends and neighbors, and use them again in the future.
