Consumer Beware - this agency operates like a used car salesman. Bait and switch with low initial premium then increased renewals premium. Only explanation was "everyone in GA is doing it". I had no claims, no tickets, nothing different from prior six months. Definitely leaving soon.

Found the Abbott agency when shopping insurance this year. Al and his team were a pleasure to work with from the onset. They were quick to get quotes together for us and to answer any questions we had.
