“I have banked here for over 40 years. Recently (this year) several thousand dollars was removed from my account and sent to pay someone else's account. Against what I had set as a $1000 limit on withdrawals from my accounts...Caused me tremendous stress and intense problems paying a new creditor. Just before that one of my debit cards was hacked. I was notified in a timely fashion but when I requested a replacement I didn't get one (waited 2 weeks). Called and requested a second one be ordered and sent to the bank for pickup. The person ordering the second card said it would be sent to the bank. It was not. It was sent to my address. If everything that's autodeposited and auto-drafted wasn't so much trouble to move, I'd be moving both accounts to my credit union or the Watkinsville bank. One more screw up and I likely will inspite of friendly peop le and 40 previous years of good service. I think some new folks are going to be running me off.”
