Top notch body shop!! customer service is the best!! i will gladly use them over our hometown body shops and i live an hour away! They have repaired two cars due to people being negligent and hitting my cars and you couldn’t tell there was any damages after the repairs. Myrna is the best in the office as she helped me through the whole process. You won’t be disappointed!

I took my car to Walton Collision after a bad wreck. Their customer service, industry knowledge and communication are top notch. They dealt with my insurance company based on their protocol to ensure I was taken care of. Highly recommend them.

If I could give a zero star I would!!! I went to them off a referral from my husband and boy was that a bad idea!!! Their turn around time was a joke. The front desk lady continuously said 2 weeks just to get me off the phone. You can never reach the owner. They never return phone calls or voicemails. Their so called Honda certified mechanic that’s next door is a shade tree joke!!! They destroyed my car!! Whatever they did had to be tightened again and now the insurance company was nice enough to let me go through a dealership to get things fixed CORRECTLY the second time because of all the troubles I dealt with at this body shop. I would never recommend them to anyone. They are a joke!!! I wouldn’t be surprised if they committed insurance fraud!!! I asked for a print out of the work they completed and they gave me the invoice from the insurance company. They didn’t want to speak to me because I got ride with the front desk lady at one point because they would never give me a straight answer of when my car would be finished. I’ve worked in customer service for over 15 years and would’ve been fired if I ever handled any situation as poorly as they did. Once Honda is done finishing my car correctly I’ll be stopping by to make sure you know the stupidity of employees you employ and sublet people’s vehicles out to. Never tell a customer you can’t tell them where their car is especially when they have LoJack!!!

Although I decided not to pay for the repairs needed for my car, Walton was extremely helpful in every way they could’ve been during a tragic situation. Myrna was a delight to work with, and I would definitely entrust them with future auto repair.

If I had to compare them to any other body shop, hands down I will choose them. Walton Collison made this experience a breeze. I was informed of any an all changes. They even went out the way and fixed other things out of the kindness of their heart.
