Appointments are preferred but they don’t answer the phone??? Even if you call the store and they transfer you to the auto center, it doesn’t get answered.

I waited 2.5 hours for an oil change only to have them tell me they didn't have the kit to do the oil change and they didn't have the tool to remove the plastic plug. My time is valuable to Walmart.

Thank you to the team at this location! Everyone is pleasant and helpful. I came near closing and they could’ve easily told me to come back another day, but instead they immediately took care of my issue. Shoutout to Abigail, Tamman, Kristen, Jacob, and Osama! They have gained a loyal customer.

I keep calling on a Saturday to help process a return for some tires that did not fit. Called 7 or 8 times throughout the day and the associates just let the phone ring then they pick it up and hang up. Just extremely poor customer service.

Walmart used to be my go to place for general car maintenance parts and lubes. Now, they don't seem to have the same assortment of items.

I arrived at 5:30 and there was no one in site which means that the employees are leaving earlier than they’re supposed to. On the door the hours says that they close at 6pm.

Was not able to ever speak to a rep or a manager after over an hour on hold and multiple transfers and pages. The operator told me it would be surprising if they EVER answered, because they were so over worked and understaffed.

Me and my wife showed up right after closing and we needed them to check a tire. The checked it and plugged it for us real quick. Great customer service.

On October 11, 2022 I had my oil changed at the Walmart on Industrial Blvd in Covington, GA Store#00459 My front drivers side tire was low on air. When the oil change was completed the same tire was still low but it was verified as checked by the tech. I had an appt so I didn’t have time to ask them to put air in it so I left. Now I regret that decision bc I noticed my a/c not blowing as cold as it normally does 12 days later so I popped the hood and checked the air filter and it was filthy but according to my receipt it was good. I checked the antifreeze and it was low also. At this point I decided to check all my fluids and low and behold they were all low to below low levels but yet everything was checked and good according to my receipt. I tried calling tire & lube a few times but for some reason you can’t get anyone to answer the phone?Please be cautious if you decide to use this location and check your fluid levels before leaving the store bc they are clearly just checking boxes to check them and not doing the work yet charging full price for sub-par service.Service: Oil change

I visited the Walmart Autocare center for a tire leak issue for the first time. They are very quick in getting car in to the que and fixed my issue with in 20 mins. They are pretty fast and with a very reasonable pricing. I will visit the same store for any future car issues.

I went in there for an oil change. They did fine there but I asked for a battery check and they came out with this this tiny slip that said the battery was bad. I just got it checked a month ago and it was good. I was concerned because it did not make sense to me. On the oil change report they marked the battery as good. The sales lady said I needed a new battery. I did not get it and got battery checked out elsewhere and the battery was good. Even the manager was surprised at the small ticket printout that said bad. I do not trust them anymore. In the past an associate would come out and let me see reading on monitor. Sad but it appeared that the sales associate looked shocked I would question this because I was woman. Tried to rip me off. Seems new people are there and that may be the character now represented.Service: Oil change

Never going back there again. Bought my own expensive 10,000 mile synthetic oil and filter. They didnt use either. Lesson learned, change your own oil.
