The worst service i’ve ever seen, the agent was Marvin. We went there for the 5g box, we wait 1:30 hours there, the vendor was so bad, no hello, no goodbye no information about prices nothing!!! After long minutes they told us we have to pay 400$ to have a 5g BOX ????????????

Hands down the best customer service I’ve received in a very long time from anywhere. The store was pristine. I’ve seen a multitude of products displayed that I make me want to definitely come back and buy. The service I received for my issue with my 5g modem was top tier from Icesis (not sure how to spell her name ). A huge thank you to the manager also.

Not the best experience at all! Marvin was my agent if I’m not mistaken. He wasn’t helpful at all, I bought a new iPhone 15 Pro Max and he asked me did I need a bag? Really!? I wanted a new case to go along with the phone he wasn’t any help to me when it came to which was better than the other. Every case I asked about wasn’t in stock because of Christmas sales. Telling me what was in stock before hand would’ve been helpful instead of wasting time. After that I wanted a privacy screen protector, they didn’t have any so I asked him for a minute to see if a store nearby had one. While calling them he actually walked away with the case and came back with a young lady who I eventually learned would be taking over helping me because it was time for him to get off. Who leaves in the middle of a sale ? He didn’t even state to me that she would be taking over or helping me with my purchase. I ended up leaving without the case because she also went to the back and didn’t come back either. ATP I’m not even interested in the phone because the service was terrible! Never again, I’ll go to Conyers or McDonough next time.

I just left this store and they have the worst service a store can have. The agent who attended us was extremely rude to me, I told him he had a terrible attitude and he replied that he doesn't care, definitely disrespectful.I would ever come back to this store

I arrived at the store at 10 til 7:00pm to find the doors locked and the only response from the employee was to holler across the store that were closed. Good thing I’m pretty good at reading lips. Poor, Poor customer service!!! I even checked the hours and pointed it out to the other employee who could see me. I’m a business manager myself and have a business account with Verizon, doors should remain unlocked until closing. I had simple question with a tablet.

With commercial systems all changing over to cellular communicators, Verizon wireless really needs to make sure that there’s cellular signal are even better than they were before. For example, most places in Covington, Georgia cannot get a Verizon signal.

We came in to set up lines through Verizon as new customers. We had the pleasure of having Tai help us through the process. She worked diligently to get us all set up. She made sure all of our lines were good and working. We were able to get sorted out thanks to her expertise and dedication. I love seeing caring employees such as Tai.

Wait was entirely too long. They need more reps to handle volume.

I was here at 6 minutes to 7pm. The doors were locked. Thought nothing about it because they has always been locked in the past. They already had 2 different customers in. A 3rd employee was aware I was waiting. When a customer got ready to leave, they had to unlock door. The time was 7;21pm. She said she couldn't let me in, they were closed. Told her no hours were posted. She said they were. A black box with squiggly lines. Have no idea how to read that box. Someone should have the courtesy to come to the door at 7pm to inform me, rather than let me stand there for over 1/2 hour. It is a corporate store. Need to give additional training on manners.Thumbs down.

They were not very helpful moving my old phone info to my new phone. Also, I had to call to complete my setup through the verizon #. Now, that lady was very helpful and nice.

Visited the Verizon location in Covington on 4/13/2023 sometime between around 6:15 p.m. We were greeted by a lady with short blond ish hair. We told her we needed a new SIM card because the phone stopped working. She said we were next, and that she would get us a SIM card. Never returned to us. For 20 mins we sat patiently, until 3 other ppl came into the store. She then returned greeted the lady and then escorted her to a table and assisted her. At the same time another rep was completing another customer and took us. But my husband and I were upset that she had just left us and we had to wait so long while someone else walks in and gets immed service. We were then helped by the lady with the long twisted dread braids. She commented that she noticed we seemed a little upset. I responded, "we are upset because we waited 20 mins and the same lady that greeted us is now helping someone that came in after we waited for 20 mins". The young lady responded "but did I do it?" When I said no you did t do it, she responded to me by saying, "but I feel like I'm getting that energy". And I'm trying to give you the best customer service and get you guys out of here" with that- she was done talking to me & went back to talking to my husband. Wow! We wait and wait and wait, to only watch another customer come in 20 mins later and get immediate service and when I express the frustration, this Verizon representative (long black dread twists hairstyle) makes it about "HOW SHE FEELS". She felt like she was being attacked, and she felt the need to let the customers know that it didn't matter how long WE waited, or how WE felt. According to her, and in her words, SHE didn't like the ENERGY SHE was FEELING from ME... Who told this young lady that getting defensive and taking it personal was the best approach to an unhappy customer? And why is the idea of customer service being about attacking, chastising, ignoring, or checking the customer for telling you they are unhappy with your (Verizon service- because as a rep, you represent Verizon) service? And if you have a temper, or you're volatile, combative or unstable don't deal with the public. I never said this young lady did it- and I told her she didn't do it. In fact I asked the lady that kept us waiting why she left us waiting and took someone else. I didn't ask this or express my frustration because I wanted to be difficult, I just will not accept poor treatment from anyone. There can always be a reason, or simply a misunderstanding as I am a customer that does not know the inner workings of the business or your store. The lady that initially upset me by leaving us and serving another customer- actually was polite and explained why we weren't served. Although her explanation didn't really make sense, she did apologize and offered an explanation. That's all the 2nd rep (long dread braids) needed to do, instead, she responded with a nasty, curt and dismissive tone and what felt like a chastising. The remainder of our time in front of her, was toxic to say the least. Is this what customer service has come to? As a paying customer, I cannot express dissatisfaction with the service without the Verizon staff making it about how "THEY" feel!!!! We will not be visiting this store and since my husband still doesn't have service, the entire relationship isn't looking so good. Was with previous provider for more than 10 yrs. Coverage wasn't as great as Verizon but stayed because the customer service was bar none- I can't say the same here. Thx

I switched over to Verizon after being with T-Mobile for over 12 years....my experience was great the guy that took care of us did a good job!! So far Verizon has treated me better in two days than T-Mobile has in the last five years!
