Not only is the mail carrier completely unreliable on delivering any of my packages, it’s also unreliable if it’s going to be at the post office at all. And the thing that makes me mad the most is nothing is ever actually done about it.

They have thieves working here! Beware!! Called them a million and one times just to get denied my claim.one of the usps worker on route marked My package as delivered to my locker but it was nothing there! I'll never order anything else if it has to be delivered from USPS!!! Shame on you whoever you are that stole my package!!!!!

If I could have given ZERO STARS I would. The WORST post office I’ve ever dealt with. They will not deliver packages on time, nor can they tell you where your mail is located. I would suggest Rockdale county or even Porterdale’s post office. The LAZIEST workers I’ve ever encountered in my life and they’re not even doing hard work!!! Maybe if the community stopped using them, they would go ahead and shut this place down. Literally living up to every stereotype that we are given. Cannot stand the workers.

If you are a business owner and you need your packages to arrive on time, I highly suggest having them scanned in at the register to ensure that they will move thru the system properly. Otherwise, your package will sit there for DAYS before it even gets scanned in. I had three packages scanned in on the morning of the 29th and fourth got dropped off later that same day in one of the self-serve boxes. All three of the packages that were scanned in are arriving within their 2day priority shipping service and the last is arriving three days later. This is highly unacceptable when I paid for 2day priority shipping. Extremely disappointed.

Lazy workers don't want to do their job. You left a delivery notice in my mailbox, with first attempt on it- First of all, you haven't attempted nothing. Instead of you walking to the door, you decided to just keep my certified letter and say I wasn't at home. Just sorry and lazy.

I had a package delivered to the wrong address supposedly. And delivered to my address and can’t get a refund because I didn’t put insurance on it. A simple SHEIN package . Worth $50

When I went to pick up my package the lady was talking faster than I could finish I drove all the way from Decatur and I was sent to both post offices and still didn’t receive my packages and then I was given a number and they told me to go back to the place I just came from. Worst ever!

The Stallings street Covington post office regularly closes before 5pm instead of as stated on the hours of operation. They close between 4:45 and 4:50 on a regular basis. Today at 4:50 myself and four other customers were flabbergasted by this. And when the older male gentleman postal worker came to the door to let a customer out at 4:53 his response to our question of why they’re closed early was “you should’ve got here earlier”! The nerve of him!!! With ALL the negativity in the media about usps, it would be best to honor the posted operating hours. Also, isn’t this misuse of federal funds when they’re closing before the allotted time? The customer service at this location is terrible as well. The workers have this attitude that is negative and unfriendly. They all wear their name badges flipped over, otherwise I’d have names to post specifically. I wish there was another post office closer to me as I wouldn’t patronize them otherwise.

That old hag Brian with his one earring is so rude!!!! Came to do a change of address and he is not helpful at all that’s not the job for him.He process the COA and then said you should receive an email.I said is it processed what should be in the email”He said I have no idea I never received one” Like what? Just old and grumpy you need a job in the back where nobody can see your face.Your not worth the presence of customers who just want to be helped.

Moved here from CA, got informal email alerts. Went today to find out where our mail was. Brian says you wouldn't be receiving mail now, it takes up to 14 days. SIR, we've been receiving here. Lose your attitude, you apparently don't know everything... NO HELP AT ALL

ALL I WANT IS MY MAIL !!! IT'S BEEN PUT IN OTHERS MAILBOX. MY NEIGHBORS MAILBOX,OR ACROSS TOWN WERE I DON'T KNOW MY DADS BANK STATEMENT WAS PUT INTO SOMEONE ELSE AND THEY SENT IT BACK TOO THE BANK WHERE THEY FROZE HIS ACCOUNT TO MAKE SURE THEIR WERE NO FRAUDULENT CHARGES THEY SIT IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE AS IF THEY ARE PUTTING MAIL IN AND MY SON GOES TO GET IT THEIR IS NO MAIL !!! Worst ever.... I have called an complained multiple times and have yet to hear back from the postmaster as I was advised. The problem starts with lazy supervisors who are only working to get a paycheck. Could care less about others getting mail/packages. I bet if it was his/her money spent on the items being delivered it would be a different story. Just poor service out of this postal office. Do better USPS! Put someone else in charge that actually cares. Now I am having to go to the post office to pick up something that should have been delivered and could have fit in my mailbox. So now I am having to do the job of someone who didn't do their job to begin with. Not even sure WHY I am leaving this post they don't care anyway and the ratings show. 1.9 Google star rating is awful just like the service you receive from them.
