I would never bank here again after two years. Closing my account fraud activity another account that belong to a person I'm related to. And I never got my pay check from March 10.

They have a fee for everything and if you talk to 3 employees you will get 3 answers. You would think all the responses would be the same but it's like they make it up as you go then one employee wanted to get all political. Closing all my accounts and won't deal with the inconsistencies anymore. Plus as mentioned, nothing is fast with them. Always a line, they serve who they want and when, doesn't matter if you are waiting in line, can't call and talk to someone without spending at least 30 minutes for even a simple question.

Do not get a Synovus bank account they will lie more then Joe Biden. Th employees over the phone are rude. I got my paycheck over cash app for $900 on a Friday cashed out the money showed up in my account. The. They wanna tell me the money didn’t hit my account till that Tuesday night so I used my card 36 times. From Friday till Tuesday and I’m getting hit with a $36 overdraft fee on all 36 times over $1000 in fees take your money somewhere else. Worst bank in America. Won’t help anyone.

I must say how my son and I enjoyed our time with Ms. Jenny today. She was very informative, answered many questions and we laughed with each other continuously. Now that's the kind of customer service I appreciate. Awesome first day experience many thumbs up!!!

This has been a great bank to do buisness with. Other banks seem to try and find a way to stick you with fees or penalties for things you can't control. This bank has been nothing but honest and well managed.

Had been a loyal customer here for over a decade, usually no issues and if there were they were professionally and politely resolved. During last time at the bank, I was discriminated against. Sheila Almand was rude, impolite and would not place anything in my hand, despite my arm being fully extended. A person of that character will diminish the morale of a business.

Very nice staff and always correct about everything. However if a location is busy every day around the same time you should staff for that. Two lines in the drive thru all the way out the parking lot. I spend close to an hour to do a simple deposit.\ Like I said wonderful staff and very professional but management needs to run the flow around the business needs.

I made a deposit on sat morning and cashier at the window said that her computer was down at that time .She told me it would be back up by the time closed and my deposit would be available at that time.Well at closing time the computer system was not up. They went home and i have no access to my money till Monday. Terrible customer service.

Everyone is very friendly and they always love to talk to you. I wouldn't use another bank. Also as soon as you walk in they know who you are. My elderly father also uses this bank, and they go out of their way to help him. If I could give more stars I would.âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸
