Giving one star feels ways too generous but you can't leave no stars. Work on that, will ya, Yelp? Anywho, the service is the drizzling shits. Rolling blackouts on wifi for no reason? Then my phone gobbles up a boatload of data because these f'n halfwits can't provide a promised service. When you try to call their crack team of customer service professionals, you have to go through 5 minutes of the most annoying automated bullshit that by the time you get to an actual human, you want to kick that hums repeatedly in the head and genitals. And the actual humans you do get to talk to ask you the exact same shit the stupid automated system asks. So what's the point of the automated crap if you dipshit dullards are just repeating the same questions? I'm not sure half the work release bozos you have working for you could fog a mirror, let alone provide assistance. Guess you can do that when you're the only game in town.

My mother has Spectrum, wifi goes in n out constantly. She pays $99. Monthly. She has home phone and Internet. And if you complain .. they tell you to upgrade the wifi. I asked around in the city and out in county and was told their service does the same thing. At home I have AT&T. Same service ( phone and Internet) as mama and pay less. Plus my service is better.

This Location actually HELPS the customers. I drove a total of 2 hours to get a phone upgrade. The local store (athens) seemed to never have it "in stock" and after dealing with 6 people at the athens location and them not even knowing how their own upgrade system works, I went to covington. Talked to Rebecca and they had the phone I wanted in the store within a week. The staff at Covington location is EXTREMELY Friendly and VERY Helpful. I will always drive a round trip of 2 hours for anything spectrum related for now on

Not only were they less than honest about the install date but I get “Buffering” way too much as well. Watching the UGA championship my picture freezes for 30 minutes! Now just in time for college football they drop ESPN. These people are crazy

I read some of the negative reviews about the customer service at the Spectrum store in Covingtion, GA and was a little reluctant to go there for mobile service. Nonetheless, after some careful thought. I decided to make a reservation and go there to switch my mobile carrier to Spectrum. I can state without hesitation that the service I received was outstanding in every way. My service came from Rebecca, a friendly and very helpful employee. I'm glad I made this decision.

I just have question about customer service as each person I came in contact with provided less than a stellar customer service. I was provided wrong information from the beginning and in return each person speaks so rudely. Meanwhile, I have to take time from my schedule to return equipment because they do not service my address but somehow that’s the first thing they check. Too much trouble for nothing.

Our equipment is out. The Stockbridge location doesn't have any. I asked customer service to check the Covington store. They stated there's no way they do that. The Covington store closes at 8PM. We got there at 6PM, but they had closed early. I'm totally disappointed. I miss Xfinity. I wish it was in my area.

I signed up for cheaper internet at Kroger. I told them I lived in a RV and they said no problem. Tech came out could not find connection. I have been trying to return the equipment and Noone will answer me via of where to ship it back to.

Ask for Rebecca!!!!! She is amazing!!!! Almost a year ago she convinced me to be in the apple family and I have loved my phone and the service. She is willing to answer any and all questions and repeats herself however many times I need. I love her and spectrum!!!!! Thank you for everything Rebecca.

SCAM SCAM . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! They will lie and sign you up for all kinds of services without your permission send you “free phones” in the mail then wait 3 months and hit you with all kinds of charges for things you NEVER asked for in the first place . I came in for internet and was mislead about what I was paying for I am highly upset with this company

Best customer service at any provider store that I have ever experienced!!! Rebecca not only greeted me right away with a smile & friendly attitude, but she efficiently exchanged my equipment AND saved me $$ on my existing services! I bet I wasn't in the store 10 mins!! I will be back 100% anytime I need assistance.

Unorganized today, slow & apparently running behind. It took me about 30 minutes, give or take, to just turn in a modem. They should have a scanner system to scan equipment you are turning in, sign for & leave equipment in a drop box. Today sucked!!!

Switching out equipment is not a hard task, but this group of employees acts like they can't be bothered doing their jobs. It's been a while since I've experienced this horrorific level of customer service. They cannot bother to greet you when you walk in the door, they cannot bother to explain to the patrons who have never used a sign in kiosk that in order to even be acknowledged, you have to sign in on an iPad. The level of energy that they show to try to get through a 15 person waiting list is laughable, my doctor's office can get through a wait-list faster. After two attempts to return equipment, I am going to be forced to walk 5 doors down and ship it back to charter as an easier solution.
