The staff was friendly! But I tried to do a free anytime upgrade, which they had the phone I went up on a Saturday and apparently a authenticator issue?? They said come back tomorrow and it will be working. I go back Sunday and the same exact thing but this time they put in some kind of work order. All said and done I call spectrum and get everything over the phone and was told there were no issues going on. They write my number down at the store and tell me they'll call me when it's good. Makes me wanna leave spectrum

Dear spectrum, why has my internet gone out for over 10+ minutes 6 times today? Including right this exact instant?I thought y’all had reliable infrastructure or something . Most reliable network. Do better than this trash service y’all provide.

Got to the store at 6:20 PM (online hours show close at 8 pm) and the employee there told me the store was closed and that their new hours were “tentatively 6:00 PM” due to staff shortages. My internet is down and I told the employee that and asked if I could just get my modem swapped (I had already called Spectrum and was told to go pick up a new modem at the store). The employee just repeated what she previously told me and stated that I could go to the next Spectrum store an hour drive away. So, after years of service with Spectrum I get this type of service. I now have to go the entire weekend without internet just to wait until Monday to come back to this same store during my lunch break. Think I’ll be looking for another ISP ASAP.

Slow. Employees are not attending to customers. Some employees felt it was important to wipe off their desk instead of helping customers. They are very interested in customers time and convenience.
