Store associate was extremely helpful and very nice! I was very disappointed that I was only able to exchange item for item. I lost money on the exchange. I didn’t have my receipt. I was able to tell the date and time I was in the store. I was going to exchange for a $115.00 shirt and happily pay the difference. So, disappointed and will not shop here again. Also, my friend wanted to buy her husband some items and she changed her mind due to the policy.
