6 years later same thing happened to me!! A mistake was made, but Cheryl refused to look at it for almost 2 1/2 months, Siding, she didn’t make a mistake. She’s an expert!! After Finally getting a IRS representative on the phone two hours later we did find Cheryl‘s mistake.. After reaching out to Cheryl and Casey, I was ignored for another two weeks before Cheryl finally did my amended return. DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME TO WASTE && LIKE DEALING WITH UNPROFESSIONALS!!
