The staff in the Delhi department, ESPECIALLY the lady manager is extremely rude. Myself and a few other people I don't know came into the store about 15 minutes before they closed down and the attitudes from all of the staff , including the manager was unprofessional. Rolling eyes at one lady who just asked a question. Mumbling under their breath but still loud enough where PAYING CUSTOMERS could still here them. Another customer and I both left and said we would never return to that location

I like getting tuna or chicken salad wrap, but they never have tuna and sometimes don't have chicken salad. They always say the truck isn't here yet, but it don't order until I get off at 4pm

This is the worst Publix I’ve ever visited. Ive had to come here on several different occasions and the shelves are never fully stocked. I’ve gotten food poisoning from their soup being improperly stored. I could go on and on. I will not return, I’ve finally had ENOUGH!

The deli stay very busy ,there subline is always long.I haven’t been to the location in about a month there is one islander lady with glasses in Covid mask made my sub with a nasty additude, I asked her if she can remake because my sub look thrown together she gave me additude I reported to deli manager they were so busy she came in made it ….bad store

The deli department never have enough help I’m not just talking about making subs I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes for someone to come help us this is how long this frig have been propped open no one is in there pulling meat it’s just propped open PUBLIX do better and hire more people for the deli department

Please disable the online ordering of subs. I work 3rd shift so generally I order subs around 6p or 7p to give them adequate time to make my sandwich. Afterall, it's only a veggie footlong. Anyway, if I order at 730p the system will say your order will be ready at 825pm. Well guess what, I arrived at 910pm thinking my sandwich was sitting... nope.. it wasn't even made yet. Last night I ordered 4 veggies sandwiches.. it seemed like they gave us old hard bread and skimp of everything, the veggies, mayo. . I just can't deal with this place anymore. If you can't maintain online orders In a timely manner then disable the website

I've always liked Publix, always brightly lit, friendly employees, great BOGOs, this location was no exception. I even saw the store manager helping bagging groceries, which tells me that management helps when help is needed and with a Smile!The only "bad" thing is the parking lot, which i did inform the manager, because its now fall the leaves are falling along with customers stepping out of their vehicles and slipping on a layer of leaves. I saw 1 gentleman slip and fall to his knees and when I got out of my car I was almost a victim. So hopefully when they call RE owner of the parking lot they'll have someone cleaning up the leaves, if not, just be careful stepping out of your car!

It's a normal Publix. I went there for Krispy Kreme but they only had the mix box with glaze and chocolate. I only wanted glaze. So I didn't purchase anything. I am still salty but I'm going back next we to check for the all glaze box! I have a problem?

Always have fresh stock in produce to meet our needs. Friendly , inviting atmosphere from all employees. Well organized and run store and pharmacy.

Ladies at the bakery a super freakin nice. I live out of state but am planning my sons first bday in GA. Originally I called in a cake order and was told I was all set. so I called in a few weeks later to double check and I was not all set. the lady on the phone said unfortunately the girl that took my order was new and was not aware of what they can and cannot do. That was a bummer cause I wanted something specific and i was happy when the girl said they could accommodate. So I had to call back and pick a different theme.although that happened, I can say everyone I spoke to was really pleasant and I’m still pretty excited about the cake for my baby.

The pharmacy staff is very rude. From pharmacist on down. The only reason we started getting scripts here is because our previous pharmacy doesn’t accept our insurance any longer. From the very beginning it’s been issues. I’m the one that takes care of my husband and I medications. As a licensed and certified pharmacy technician, it irks me to see this and to know this is how they treat patients/customers. More customer service training is needed as well as training on HIPPA and patient privacy. Clearly they don’t have a clue!

I ordered food trays from different departments and a cake, the service I received was above and beyond what a customer would expect. The food was fresh and delicious. Thank you so much to all the departments that help me out.
