Purchased pepperoni Saturday, only to get home and find it was completely molded. I cannot get an email response or anyone to answer the phone or call back. Will not be going back for awhile and I loved this store!

I went into this location to pickup lunch. The employees were courteous and helpful. And the selection on their food bar all looked yummy! And let's just say, I walked away with more than I intended to buy!...lol!

shoutout to dale for unloading my whole cart onto the belt for me at checkout so that i could comfort my baby!! that meant everything to me!!! also the guy taking up carts in the parking lot came and got my cart for me!!! second mile service is real here at the covington publix

I’ve usually had a great experience at this Publix but I placed a birthday cake order for myself a few days ago and was called this morning at 7:28am on my birthday that they ran out of whipped icing. My pickup time was supposed to be 8:30am so they call 1 hour before to tell me that. The lady who called sounded very uncaring smh. It’s very upsetting and has thrown a wrench in my whole day! I’m pregnant and was really looking forward to that cake today!

Customer service is terrible.
Background: We got a grocery mobile order and also picked up platters for sandwiches, fruits, vegetables, and bakery items. The platters were ready for pick up, but unfortunately, the fruit tray lid was not secured and the entire platter went all over the place. For the mobile order, we received the wrong order. We didn’t realize it until we arrived home (yes, we should’ve checked in the parking lot, but you should anticipate that the employees are aware of whose groceries they are providing when you pick up…). We called them, and they asked for us to bring it back and to get our groceries. FYI Michelle - I hope Publix gave you new groceries for your pick up because the groceries sat in our car for 1 hour before we could return them. Additionally, when we called Publix a few times, we kept getting put on hold, disconnected, or transferred. When we got ahold of one department, the guy said he was new and didn’t know how to transfer us to another department. You guys should evaluate your training program for new employees. When we got to the deli department that customer service transferred us to, he was very unenthusiastic on the phone and was not willing to assist with another fruit tray order. We got transferred multiple times before someone would help us.
Follow up: The store did provide us a free fruit tray. The employee sincerely apologized and informed us there are new lids on their platter trays that are not as secure as the previous. The store also provided us with our correct grocery order.
All in all, it was just an aggravating experience.

Every time you order online for a sub it’s takes 2 hours. There’s no point in doing it when you have to wait in line once you get here.
