My wife and I have used the publix pharmacy for years and it's been going down hill for a while. We've gotten the wrong prescription a couple of times and the staff can be hit or miss with good customer service. Not everyone over there is bad, but it's too inconsistent. We ended up switching our meds to a different publix.

Really falling off for some reason. I was waiting on a proscription that had been pending for a week. When I checked the status on line it was as if I never submitted it. I absolutely love Publix. They are my favorite store. The staff is always professional, courteous, and polite. And the Bogo’s are just a bonus.
