I took my vehicle to Pro Custom Paint and Body after hitting a deer. They were great. Destiny is such a pleasure to deal with. I had to take my car to my mechanic for an unrelated issue after picking it up from Pro Custom and my mechanic complimented the quality of work Pro Custom did on my car. I would 100% recommend them.

Miss Destiny gave me top notch service after I got into a fender bender on my way to work. She not only walked me through the entire process, but she had fixed my car in record time as promised. I am so appreciative of all her help in getting me back on the road again! Thanks Miss Destiny!

Excellent Job Pro Customs repair shop. I recently took my vehicle to have it repaired after an accident. Their office manager Destiny assured me that they would take care of it, and that they did. I thank Destiny for working behind the scene reassuring me that all is well, which I needed so desperately. I picked up my vehicle today and it looks brand new. Thank you Pro Custom Profesionals for taking good care of me and my situation. I recommend this business if you ever need your vehicle repaired, they're the best.........no need to call the rest..........

This place is great if you like excuses and poor workmanship.
So after reading Destiny’s reply (which she deleted) I’ll post specifics here.
I was never rude or disrespectful to anyone at the body shop. They did not order all the parts necessary from the beginning which led to delays. They knew exactly what parts were needed but it was a “vendor mistake” that led to delays.
Was called saying car was ready. Returned the rental car; upon picking up the “finished” car I saw a spot where the paint was flaking off and where they had not done anything to repair the inside of the door panel edge. They hadn’t taken the door off to do the repairs.
And Destiny is outright lying that the interior door damage was pre-existing. Excuse was insurance didn’t authorize it. Lie and a lame excuse for laziness.
I had to miss a day of work since I had already returned the rental and there wasn’t another available. Also additional Uber fees.
I had specifically told Destiny that I was not paying with cash; she wanted to guilt trip me into paying additional.
SO AGAIN, if you want excuses, shoddy workmanship, AND no accountability go to Pro Custom workshop. I’m sure that Destiny’s next action will be to threaten litigation like she does with her other bad reviews.

I will never use this company again!!! They've messed up my paint job on my black grand cherokee!!! Now I have to come out of pocket to fix they're mistakes!!! My body job was not good at all, I advise you not you use this company for painting because they claim the paint couldn't be matched and put different coat on my vehicle. So I have 2 different shades of paint on my vehicle all because they couldn't do the work properly and a poor excuse of a body shop. They also wouldn't match the paint they used once I brought it to they're attention. I repeat, beware of thus body shop!!! Stay away from them!!!! They caused more issues and don't fix what they've messed up!!!!!! Now I have $10,000 worth of damages from this shop! Please upload the pictures of the different coat you put on my vehicle, you shouldn't have painted it if you couldn't match my shade of paint

Had some functional fender vents molded into my fenders. I’ve been to many body shops and this shop is definitely top of the list. I knew this was going to be tuff even for an experienced shop but knew it could be done. Absolutely blew me away with the work. Flawless. Looks like it was manufactured. The paint was dead matched. Definitely my go to shop from now on. More pics after I get installed.
